Using PCUnlocker running Windows 10 Home on Lenovo Thinkpad (T420)

I bought PCUnlocker from Top-Password to reset an Admin User password which I had forgotten for an occassionally used laptop and it worked like a dream. The only issue I had was finding the correct function key on the laptop to interrupt boot up in order to access PCUnblocker Application installed on a USB. Laptop was an old Lenovo T420 running Windows 10 Home (64-bit). Excellent product and value for money!

Total SCAM, AVOID!!!

Bought software on 21st May 2020 which doesn't work as advertised. Emailed them for a refund and they were avoiding it by giving a solution that i have already done (treating me like a complete idiot). I replied telling them that I have already tried that and it doesn't work. I havn't heard from them since. They are based in China and have removed their address from their website and all refund terms and conditions after I had emailed them. AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!!

I bought this as I had a problem with…

I bought this as I had a problem with the local login for Windows. It completely failed to work, but I thought, no worries, there was a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" on the homepage, except when you go to request a refund the company via Mycommerce tell you that they refuse to honour their guarantee. AVOID.
