Staff were good but you didn,t have sufficient stock for my order to be completed which was somewhat disappointing given that they were what i would class as "standard off the shelf" items, looks like it,ll be Screwfix next time

Great Staff
I bought a Hawksmoor Lawnmower & Grass Trimmer kit from our local Worksop branch.
The staff were brilliant, even to the point of carrying out the large box to my car and even offered to place it in my boot. I needed to go back today, as I had a problem setting up the Trimmer Kit. Two young ladies looked after me and they soon sorted it out in quick time. Very impressed with all the staff. Many thanks.

A company that has gone downhill
Charged wrongly for an item in store. Didn’t check receipt until later. Call centre absolutely hopelessly long wait times then cut off. Web chat operative also unwilling to engage.
This company has gone downhill in recent times and I dread going there. Has become less competitive and complacent probably since change of ownership.
