My order dates from March 23th. The forseen delivery time was 2 or 3 days. As on March 30th, the package was still not delivered, I called Toolnation. A quite unfriendly person responded: "I can not inform you about the delivery time, you just need to wait".
10 days after my order for items that are supposed to be available, there is no package and no tracking ID for the package. When you try to contact them at their official email info@... you get an automated response that you have to use their contact form. The phone support doesn't work either and they don't reply the contact form.

I bought an item, that was in stock, according to they e-schop. Delivery time was specified 8 working days. Now, more than 16 working days passed, but I didn't received nothing. I wrote a question about my purchase in the clients service line. To get an answer I was waiting more than a week. And, the answer was - they don't know where is my purchase and when I will receive it !!!
So... perfect !!! There is only one god thing in this story. I bought a small thing for 20 €. But there are more expensive things, and if you will buy them... you will be not as happy as I am.
