Very good company listen to what you want when buying new car.
Bèen dealing with Tony Le voi for a few years know and they have always been fair and go out of there way to help you out best car dealers around. Shows how good they are this car is the 5th car we have bought from them from new. All staff from sales to customer service and service people always polite and helpfull would like to say thankyou to them all.

Staff were so good friendly courteous we turned up on the wrong day by mistake it was supposed to be tomorrow but they still done our service and MOT and washed the car after amazing service.

My new Jeep

Excellent service today from Tony Le Voi at Lakeside Thurrock. Yearly Car Service due, they called me to book in, a lovely welcome from staff when I arrived and I was able to wait while being done. TV, tea and coffee with regular updates. Completed promptly and also cleaned my car. Thank you to all the staff today and for your great customer service, see you next year.

The experience was good as when we spoke to Sophie at reception we requested for a new back wiper to be fitted and also a rubber seal on the back hatch to be fitted which was done during the service which they included in the service and also having the car washed and hoovered is always a pleasant surprise hence out loyalty

Excellent service just one little thing
My car was serviced and had an MOT at Tony Le Voi exceptional service curtesy car provided only downside after I picked it up and drove it home having left it at the service centre clean I was disappointed to notice water marks over the windows and roof possibly overspray from the cleaning bay,although in general very pleased this just put a dampener on it

I know Tony LeVoi very well and trust them 100% they are always pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. My family have have just bought two cars from them, Alif in the sales is a very pleasant and likeable person to talk he spent lots of time with us explaining everything that we needed to know making sure both cars are looking very nice.
