I have over 250000 points that I cannot…
I have over 250000 points that I cannot redeem. I never get the confirmation. I do like that I get points just for trying a survey. Though that doesn’t matter very much since I am unable to cash in.

rewarding experience
I have been a Toluna respondent for several years now. It has been a rewarding experience. I get to be productive with my spare time by answering surveys. I also earn points that can be turned into cash or rewards. Not only do I help researchers, but I also get rewarded for my time.

Only been using Toluna for a couple of days, but so far so good, once I have used it for a little longer will come back & give it another review but as it stands surveys seem to be easy to understand & straightforward, haven’t completed a cash out yet so can’t comment on that part

I had to wait over a month for my gift…
I had to wait over a month for my gift cards and when i put in the request to get them it was always an automated generated "thanks for letting us know you never got them, but they're on their way" and never got them. Took awhile to get someone thru Toluna to look for them and get them sent to me. Finally, still waiting for my next one. Years ago, they had a better selection of gift cards and never had a problem receiving them, Wondering if it changed over to another company with the same name?
