Excellent service

Ordered the part on a Sunday night, expecting a reply on Monday morning.To my surprise the agent contacted me that evening (within an hour) will the part number and link.The Part was dispatched to NI the next day and I had it fitted early the week.Excelent service and product knowledge.

Could not find this part, which was crucial to fixing my wall-hung toilet, on any other web sites. Delivery was prompt although price was premium. Good information on website which allowed me to easily carry out the repair.

Excellent service, providing a flush valve which I think may be less than common and delivered next working day via the post office (24 option). Very happy as same service on the two orders placed. Thank you.
