Hygienist Francesca is so caring and considerate which for a nervous patient like me is so especially important. Her attentiveness and attitude is always excellent every time I’ve seen her.

Was on Holiday in Great Yarmouth when I broke my tooth and was in pain
Went into the Great Yarmouth dentist to see about an emergency appointment the receptionist i think called Lisa was amazing, so caring and helpful managed to get me an emergency appointment the same day.
The dentist was lovely and reassuring as I was nervous
Explained all my options and was no pressure
Choice to have tooth removed as wasn't much left to save.
He talked me though everything he was doing every step and the dental nurse was talking to me throughout to distract me.
Really excellent experience and saved my holiday so I could enjoy the rest of my trip pain free.

Excellent dentist

Having recently moved to the area was I bit hesitant but very friendly receptionist on arrival.
Dentist went through step by step of what she was going to do and full explanations afterwards with action moving forward.

For anyone who is really aprehensive about the Dentist as I am, I can highly recommend them.

Sherringham practice. Always received by respectful and polite staff. Dentist explained treatment and offered options if procedure became painful. Pleased with completed treatment. All staff professional and efficient. Recommend this practice.

Dr Parker and his assistant have been very kind to me after needing multiple appointments to fit a crown. I am a very nervous patient and they made an experience which I was dreading bareable. In the nicest way I hope to not see you for a long time !!

I saw Nina Farmer for both hygienist and check up. It was hugely helpful to be able to schedule both appointments together. She was thorough, friendly and reassuring.

Lovely friendly staff

Dentist Daniel and Nurse (sorry didn't catch her name) did a great job of making my toddler feel comfortable and content at her routine dental check-up.

They were kind and patient and even gave her cuddly toy a sticker which made her relaxed at her check-up.

I have been pleased with both Ryan the Dentist and Kelsey the Hygienist during my visit for my 6 monthly check up. It was carried out efficiently and thoroughly. However, I did find that one of the younger receptionists needed further training - she did not check first regarding payment before asking (as I am with Denplan). There was an emergency whilst I was waiting and was told about via the hygienist. The receptionist phoned me whilst I was sitting in the waiting area. This has let the professionalism of the dentist down somewhat.
