My dentist here is awesome. Always able to fix my dental problems and even makes me laugh while doing it. I never feel rushed and he always does whats best for my teeth - he has saved me losing 2 just in the last year. The whole team in fact are first class!

I had stopped writing reviews because once you’ve said how wonderful a dental practice is, you’ve said it. But this time I want to commend the community atmosphere at my branch in Broxbourne.

While I waited for my appointment, a third lady joined the two ladies behind the computers. This lady had obviously been absent for a while as she was greeted back like a long lost friend and one by one, all the dentists who came into the waiting area warmly welcomed her back to work.
These people enjoy their work and they enjoy working together. Their friendliness is genuine and their customer service is first rate.

Reception very helpful and friendly, the treatment was excellent professional and put you at ease, highly recommended

I am an extremely nervous patient and was dreading going to the dentist for a well overdue check up.

As soon as I walked into the treatment room the dentist and nurse were very welcoming and reassuring.

The dentist asked me if I was ok all the way through and did a fabulous job.

I am feeling very good about going back in 6 months time

I am an NHS client. Just changed to this practice. My appt was for an initial assesment. Very thorough, very friendly. Pleased to say I got an all clear, just recommended a Hygenist Clean, which I knew I needed. Booked in for this Friday.

I was greeted by very friendly staff that makes your visit enjoyable. The Dentist was honest and told me to keep him informed of any changes. Overall it is always a pleasure to visit this surgery and I could not feel more comfortable and assured during my time there.

All the staff are so welcoming. I used to dread going to the dentist but I actually enjoy it now! I've seen a few different dentists at the practice abd every one of them has been lovely.

Good treatment, appointment on time, next appointment booked and e-mailed no problems

When I phoned to say I was running late as couldn't find anywhere to park that wasn't card or permit only, the Receptionist was very helpful. When I eventually got to the Dentist I burst into tears thinking I'd missed both my appointments. The Receptionist reassured me that they'd spoken to the Hygienist and Dentist and everything was ok. When I walked into the Hygienist room they asked if I was Ok, I said No and burst into tears. The Hygienist and Trainee Dental Nurse Millie were so kind and caring, told me to take a sit and got me a cup of water. The Hygienist even checked to see I was ok to still carry on with the appointment. When I went in to see the Dentist she was very patient when I couldn't bite down on the x-ray as felt like going to gag. She then did a full head x-ray as couldn't get the image she needed. When we came back in the room she asked me over to her computer so I could see my x-ray and made a referral the same day. 5* Service from the whole team.
