I really like my shirts. Just like the picture maybe not as vibrant in color but still pretty. Light weight. True to size

I was enticed after seeing a Toeza ad on Facebook. The product photos are nothing like what you will receive. I ordered a Rose Red Plain Sweater for $48.99. With shipping, it came out to $63.98. Extremely poor quality in workmanship and fabric quality.

I requested a refund/return. They offered me $7!!! compensation and the opportunity to keep it.

Their return policy online states, "1: Please contact with our customer service to get a return/exchange authorization and return address within 30 days upon receipt. We don't accept the returned package without authorized from customer service." and "2 : Only if our products have quality problems, we will accept return request." "EU buyers' return policy will be consistent with the EU local law."

The Toeza website states that manufacturing is in "Asia" and their logistics center is in Singapore. (EU has nothing to do with Asia.)

You are dealing with 3 different sketcy companies: Toeza, rhkqlrg.com, and xps.xborderecommerce.com. It's an overseas shell game.

Toeza lies. Their Q&A says in bold print that all items are made in USA but if you go to "About Us" they admit their factories are in Asia. Poor quality and good luck with a return.

I ordered $195 worth of clothing. I hated everything when they finally were delivered. The quality is terrible and sizing is off. I requested a return authorization as their policy states only to get this response

Sorry for giving you a bad shopping experience. You don't need to send back and I will refund you $35,it is ok with you?

No $35 is not good for me I want to return everything for a refund. So I responded and get this message next day

Dear customer:

I can provide $47.Will you accept it? If you accept, I will refund immediately. Thank you.

Is this a joke? Very very poor business. Don’t order from these thieves

Love the styles that are offered. I have several of the tops and a sweater that is so soft. Sometimes it’s difficult to order online but the entire process was easy and timely.

Clothing came wrapped well, quite quickly just too large

I placed an order with this company which I have done before. I like their clothes. But this time I had clothes that needed to be sent back material was lousy and they deny me sending the clothes back. Instead offering me small amounts of money starting at $20 I am extremely disappointed in this company and I am making it my mission to let all woman know that we work hard for our money and a company like this that says they standby their clothes to deny a refund I have read what their refund policy and I can assure you that I am eligible for a refund full refund!

I was very pleased with the quality of the shirts in reference to the pricing. The sizing is accurate I do feel II should have maybe ordered a size smaller but I would rather have the blouses a little bigger in cade they s shrink...

Beware...the quality is not remotely close to what is portrayed. Customer service is 100% unresponsive until you file a dispute with your credit card company. They then respond with an offer to reimburse you 17% of what you paid! Unacceptable...shop elsewhere!
