Canceling non-changable ticket
Iv'e made an order by mistake to the wrong date. Ticket was non changable.
The costumer service agreed to cancel my ticket and give me a voucher. They mentioned that this is not thier policy and not neccerially could be repeted.

Cheyenne was absolutely amazing
Cheyenne was absolutely amazing. It took a solid hour and it was a PICNIC (problem in chair not in computer) but they were patient and I’m thrilled with the result.

TodayTix fantastic theatre App
TodayTix is a fantastic platform (App) for buying theatre tickets at good prices. The loyalty scheme is great by allowing you to enjoy many shows and build up points to get money off in the future. The customer service team are very helpful especially Sam who helped me today with a voucher query.

Booking was clear, transparent, and easy. I’ve never purchased a bad seat at an unfair price at TodayTix.
Regarding support, Help was quick, clear and communicative. Even early on, the company was so helpful and flexible but in addition they really value their loyal customers via word and action.

I bought a ticket for “Beaches”
I bought a ticket for “Beaches”, however, the show closed. I was notified that I had been emailed a refund voucher, but could not locate it - it may have gone to my spam folder and been deleted. When I contacted Tix, their customer service helper, Michael, soon resent me a new voucher. I was pleased with the promptness.

I am always able to satisfactorily resolve any issues I have. Just this week Finnian was able to resolve my voucher issue. He was able to extend it because it had expired and I would have lost my remaining refund. Now I feel so happy and relieved! Thank you Today Tix and Finnian!

Very efficient customer service
I ordered west end tickets on behalf of a friend but unfortunately when I downloaded the app months later they were not there.
I spoke to their support line via text messaging and they were very helpful.
As I was still having difficulties, the person at the other end kindly sent me barcode tickets to print.
