Best ticketing service, easy and rewarding loyalty program, EXCEPTIONAL customer service
TodayTix is one of the few ticketing services with any human element left, both in contacting customer service without substantial AI barriers, and a customer service team that understand that they're working with humans and not just customers.
I had purchased tickets up in the mezzanine of a venue without realizing it wasn't accessible for my 80-year old father-in-law. Alex (and Finnian before them) at TodayTix took up my concern quickly and worked with the venue's box office to find a solution. When the venue's box office made an error in our transaction, TodayTix still proactively ensured we had been taken care of.
Before being a caregiver for dad, I wouldn't have thought twice about things like this. Simple oversights to most people can become a make or break for those with accessibility challenges. Alex and Finnian at TodayTix did a wonderful job, and I hope they retain a similar customer experience team for a long while.

Last minute ticket cancellation
I emailed the customer service team to enquire if it was possible to cancel my booking as I had been struck down with tonsillitis, despite not having ticket protection linked with my purchase. The consultant who swiftly replied (Marika) was incredibly helpful and was able not only to cancel my tickets but also sent a gift voucher with the same purchase value as a sign of good will.

I had a problem with my account when i got a new phone and SAM got it resolved in 5 minutes.
The problem was looked at immediately and Sam understood my inquiry and looked into the matter and fixed it.
So now i am able to buy tickets today with all the rewards due to me with my level.

Just thought I had bought decent tickets, since the tickets were not at the end of the row. Then when the tickets were confirmed, it said there's a pillar blocking our view. That was not mentioned when I bought the tickets. How ridiculous is this? Definitely find it's hard to trust them. How super super disappointing. We would've paid more if we had known.
