The most polite closed door I've ever encountered
Inflexible, dismissive, and quick to blame the customer. Order T070426795263.
I purchased tickets with a valid partnership promotional code. The discount was never applied. When I raised it, the response was not to investigate whether their system had failed, but to inform me, twice, that I must have typed the code wrong. No evidence was shown, no alternative offered, no goodwill gesture, no grace period. Simply a closed door and a polite letter explaining why the fault is mine.
And the rigidity does not end with disputes. The tickets themselves come with no flexibility whatsoever: no option to change, no option to resell, and no cancellation policy of any kind. Once the money leaves your account, every door is shut. Even secondary marketplaces, which are hardly famous for generosity, offer more room to manoeuvre than this.
If you buy here, understand the terms of the relationship: everything is final, nothing is negotiable, and if anything goes wrong, the working assumption will be that it is your fault. Plan accordingly.

First time using Tix today
This was the first time using today tix. I had trouble after booking some theatre tickets. There was no confirmation email with tickets even though money had been received. I spoke to Marika who was not helpful and I then wondered if it was a scam. Today I contacted you again and Finnian was very helpful and realised that for some reason it had gone to a dormant email account. He sorted it for me efficiently and he was very patient with me. I now will definitely use this app again and Finnian was brilliant.

Terrific seats, great customer service
Terrific seats and easy to book. I contacted customer service to remedy an error caused by technical problems. The agent who assisted me, Jess, resolved the matter very promptly - best customer service experience I've had in a very long time! Definitely recommend TodayTix!

She diagnosed the situation, proposed a solution and implemented all while patiently explaining to me what the process was and keeping me updated in a very human way. I'm a NYer who goes to the theater regularly and would not use TodayTix again. Truly awful customer service when you need it. Checking a show's official box office site often reveals better pricing for better seats than you'll find on TodayTix.

Sam was super helpful, I haven't really used TodayTix and wasn't aware of how Ticket Protection works but they walked me through everything and find a solution just a couple of days before the performance! Feeling very grateful, I'm glad I was able to speak to someone relatively quickly after using their chat assistant
