Don't use online ordering
4th time I've used the online ordering and 4th time it has gone wrong. Don't seem to have a clue what they are doing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE
Zero customer service when a faulty electrical item was returned to them. No feedback, no apology for the inconvenience and several weeks later issue still not resolved.

This is customer service at its Irish best. Ordered items online (great website experience) - confirmation received - got an email about an hour later “would I accept a substitute for an out of stock item ?” Said yes !! The sub was slightly more expensive, but nobody came looking for the difference. All items shipped next day.

They have excellent customer service. The first delivery left me short an item. They returned with the missing item the same day. If you have any queries etc They will get back to you straight away. I had ordered awkward heavy building items and the delivery guys were so helpful. They brought everything in to the back garden without even having to ask. If there was 10 stars would give them and more. Thanks to everyone working in TOC.. Highly appreciated

Was offered a return, but I had already used before I realised. Asked for a partial refund as a show of good faith on their error but was denied. Very disappointed
Very disappointed ordered an outdoor rocking chair which said there was 1in the shop. Sent my son back to collect and it was out of stock. Need to update website regularly so not to cause disappointment

Very bad packing
Ordered two buckets of fence paint. For some reason one of the buckets was packed upside down in the box and had leaked.
