We are most grateful. An Aga City 60 which we bought from the Carlisle Aga shop in 2014 stopped working properly in September 2023. After nearly three months of trying to find out what was wrong we were at the point of getting rid of the Aga and as a last hope contacted TN Cook. Even though we are well north of their normal area of coverage they could not have been more helpful. Paul spent time talking through all the possibilities on the telephone and eventually pin pointed where the problem was. This has been a great Christmas present. Thank you so much TN Cook.

Great Customer Service

We visited TN Cook following our visit to the Everhot Head Office. The staff were friendly and welcoming and there was a good range of Everhot’s, Aga’s etc. We wanted to place our order for a 110i and we arranged to attend a demonstration cookery event which was both informative and well delivered. We paid our deposit and had good liaison with TN Cook for the delivery.

The delivery and installation arrived at the exact time we wanted (8.30am) and ran smoothly and showed the level of experience the delivery team had.

We have booked to attend the Everhot Christmas basics course next Thursday (12th Dec) so that we can get a ‘heads up’ before Christmas. We are loving our Everhot!

Overall an excellent customer experience from a friendly and experienced company. The only suggestion I would make is possibly offer a customer discount when an order is placed for new buyers to attend the cookery demonstrations as they are very informative.
