Incompetent, Dangerous, and Dishonest – Avoid at All Costs

I have spent over £800 with this garage over the past month, only for my car to be repeatedly misdiagnosed, damaged further, and left in a dangerous condition.

Here is the reality of how they operate:

Round 1 (Misdiagnosis & Overcharging): I brought my car in with a coolant leak. They misdiagnosed the issue, replaced a water pump gasket, and charged me a ridiculous £500, claiming they were giving me a "massive discount."

Round 2 (More Unnecessary Costs): They claimed they tested the car, but it was still visibly leaking the moment I drove away. I took it back, and they charged me another £300 to replace a corroded pipe that I have since found out did not even need replacing.

The Breakdown: Two days later, the exact same issue caused my car to break down on the motorway. The RAC patrol looked at it for just 10 minutes and immediately identified that the entire water pump needed replacing.

Round 3 (Gross Incompetence): I took the car back with the RAC's diagnosis. They replaced the pump for "free," but the leak still remained. I have since taken the car to a reputable garage who confirmed this place installed a completely faulty water pump.

Sabotage & Denial: To top it off, my engine warning light came on after they worked on it. They denied responsibility, but my new garage discovered that multiple components under the hood had simply been left unplugged by this team.

The two individuals running this business are rude, unprofessional, and entirely out of their depth. They wasted my time, drained my wallet, and put my safety at risk on the motorway. Do not risk your money or your safety here

Give this one a miss !

Sent a message via email on their webpage a couple of times as I needed a service for my Puma ST.
After not hearing anything for a week I decided to call to see if they had received my request. Bloke on the phone didn’t seem interested and when I phoned again to say I hadn’t received a link, he said hang on while I log out of what I’m doing again, bit rude if you ask me !
Still to this day, heard nothing and certainly won’t have anything to do with these people again. Other people out there that can be bothered.

TM NOBLE rip off merchants

My Step son took his car in to TM NOBLE at Morecambe with an instrument console not working after an MOT at a different garage and rather than take it back when he realised it wasn't working typical young lad :-P, he decided to take to these cowboys he was told £80 for a diagnostic . They said the instrument console had 3 faults and Vauxhall would charge hundreds of £££s to fix or replace it (complete rubbish), but they found a place down south that could repair it and send it back for £250 upwards. I phoned TM NOBLE personally to find out what the problems were and asked for a break down of the costs, the person on the other end was stuttering and struggling to tell me what the costs were for (a sure sign of someone lying), so I told him to put it back together and I'll get the part myself, fit myself, and reprogramme it myself he said err ok then charged a further £95 to put it back together. When they put it back together low and behold as if by magic the instrument console was working strange that it was working after they received a call from someone that knew what they were talking about considering there was 3 faults within the console. I would steer well clear of this so called garage willing to rip off a young lad and take his car away for 4 days while none faulty console was NOT repaired and he would not be able to get to work because he works on the motorway services and there is no public transport that would get him there, so he relies on his car to get him to work. My guess is a wire had come loose during the MOT and they knew it and saw a chance to earn some cash on the side without it going through the books from a young lad that doesn't have a clue about car faults or repairs It's just as well he had the sense to call me that does have a clue about repairs because I used to be a trustworthy mechanic and would of done it myself but my father passed away 2 weeks ago and I'm sorting everything out for that. I think a call to the trading standards is in order here as well as the financial ombudsman to report this behaviour it is totally unacceptable. When he went in to pay for for what they had done the £80 diagnostic went up to £97 because they failed to mention that tax was not included complete rip off merchants steer well clear of this so called garage unless you have money to throw away or get a thrill out of being ripped off.
