Good buying experience via website and good customer service for returns but clothing ( 3 x T short described as slim fit ) was not slim fit at all.

Products are fine but when sent out with 3 for 2 labels on them you feel that the sale price isnt really a sale price and had I got 3 for 2 it may have been a better deal.

Appalling online customer service as I…
Appalling online customer service as I ordered 2 shirts for collection on 22.7.26 for a collection between 24-26 July and only got notified on 3.8.26 which is almost 2 weeks later ! I sent multiple emails since 29.7.2026 and haven’t received a response till date ! I hence decided to purchase my suits from Charles Tyrwhitt !
Will never shop again from TM lewin and disappointing to see such a lapse in service from a high end brand !
The person at the now lane store was very kind and apologetic and showed much affection to what had happened ( somethinf for the customer service team to learn).

Good but a little tight
Ordering was straight forward and I received delivery within the designated time frame. The quality of the polo shirts were good.
My size is usually XXL and the Lewin size chart indicated this was correct for me. When I tried the polo shirts on they did fit but were a little tight and a little short against others I'd ordered previously from competitors.
If I ordered again I'd definitely go a whole size larger.
