This company blows hot and cold. Sometimes they are great and sometimes they are the worst thing on the planet. Every order is a gamble. When they perform, the merchandise is inexpensive and good quality. When they don't perform, the merchandise does not do what it says it will do, it arrives defective and doesn't get replaced or refunded and it's just a nightmare. Buyer Beware! My luck with Tmart has been generally good, but i never buy anything high priced from them so defective stuff isn't all that much of a loss.

I have had good luck with T MART and purchased several items from them that worked well.
Not getting the regular ads via e mail and wondering why?

My Pay Pal account was hacked twice both times on Tmart orders as in people buying stuff on my card thru Tmart. I had purchased several items from them but would never use them again.

I ordered an infinity glove for my son , on the picture it looked as if it was made from hard plastic but when i received it, it was made from cheap rubber and just painted.My son was very disappointed in his xmas gift.Will never buy from Tmart again.

Ordered something on NOV 3 for Christmas present. Didn't get it until after I left for Christmas. They do not respond to customer service inquiries. GO ELSEWHERE.

Have been waiting for 2 sets of led driving lights.. Bought them in Dec 6, web site closed.. Lost $9.98 to these crooks. Will try to get tyhem back from paypal..

I bought a lot of stuff from them.Some were junk but mostly good.But it appears they have closed the tmart name and opened Dinointhebox.com,acting like a brand new store selling the same thing.I have an order that they said shipped before closing but I still don't have it,45 days later.I cannot check on it because either their site is down or they closed.I believe they closed.

Quality of goods absolutely shockingly bad. I bought 3 remote control cars and each one of them have a defect which is unacceptable. Will not buy from them again.

I have been buying off tmart for quite a while but its getting worse day by day and finally they are down for ever i think. I lost my money dunno whether i will get it back or not. Plz dont waste your money.

Very disappointed. No goods and no response to my emails.
Having read the reviews of this company I would not have purchased from them and my advises is to give them a miss and don't be at a loss

Ordered a battery shaver October 26 still not hear and took about 6 emails to get a reply, usual answer but still no shaver. 1/1/20.
Don't deal with this crowd, guess I have lost my Money.

I started buying at Tmart about 10 years ago. Initially I was pleased because I always eventually received my item, it was typically the cheapest price ,and they refunded my money on any defective items without requiring me to return them. Over time however I discovered many poor quality items were sold there. Then they sold me defective lithium ion batteries as new and then would not compensate or return them. The worst thing was ordering and receiving a $150 power supply that was dead on arrival that Tmart expected me to ship from Canada to the US at my expense for repair and wait hopefully for a return. No way I should be expected to throw good money after bad money!

Bought garage remotes, seamed simple. Received them in the usual time , about a month. I get 4, charge me double. I only wanted 2, get a hold of customer service, they tell me it’s 2 per order. Yes that’s y I only ordered 1 pack!
Plus there’s no instructions!! Which I’ve mentioned numerous times without response.

This is just a scam: they take your order, charge your credit card, then list your order as being processed -- and nothing ever happens after that.

When you complain, they ask you to wait a little longer, and when you ask for a refund -- fail to respond.

Update: A few days later they did respond and, eventually, have refunded me. I'm inclined to blame the recent deterioration of Tmart's services on the unrest in Hong Kong where they are based.

They used to be good, but they have recently turned into crooks.
Won't answer emails on a shipment that was never received.
This seems to be business as usual for Chinese companies.
Never again.

Tmart no emails, no tracking, no items, scam, beware.

Very happy with the service My second order arrived quicker than the first which was great. I will use them again. I got just what I expected.

The site is terrible. I received a non-working device, but I can not return it and I can not return the money. Nobody answers letters. I strongly advise against buying anything on this site.

They were good couple years ago. Now nobody reply to your messages. I did not receive my order but it shows on their website that order was delivered. Sent them dozen of messages over the email but nobody answers the messages.
