I Ordered a Summer house from TJ Sheds at their Brighouse branch on Bradford Road recently,
from David sales person and was told how wonderful the staff are and the access to my property was fine for fitting day . On fitting day the 2 guys that came were really cross because they thought access was not good enough. I felt a bit uncomfortable because they were so cross. When they tried to lift the summerhouse boards over my low wall, they spit the wall in two. No apologies no nothing
They gave it up as a bad job. I said i would get someone to drive back which would take 10 minutes and he would take an archway down for easier access for them . They just drove off in their van and left me standing there , which i thought was very rude.
I had to constantly ring the office to find out when they were coming back. On the days i was told they were coming and i had waited in all day. They never came.
The Summer house is now finally erected and looks nice but the floor is like a Trampoline and the Summer house is unusable. I reported it to Brooke at Hull Branch so many times , I was told me someone would come out and look at the floor . After weeks of waiting and numerous telephone calls to them someone came. The guy rang the owner Tim whilst at my house. Tim said it either had to be pulled down and rebulit or put another floor on top of the springy floor to rectify. After many calls to the office as to when they are going to do this. I am still waiting weeks on. They never, never turn up. They have left me feeling i have done something wrong . I am sat here writing this waiting like an idiot as Brooke told us they would be here today Saturday and of course they have not come.
I am so sad about this. After my husband dying i wanted to do my best to renovate the house and not give up and carry on and wanted to feel proud of any achievements i did to improve the house.
I feel robbed from them to be honest. They have taken thousands of pounds and i am left with a Summerhouse i cannot use.

Ordered a summerhouse, chose a date from the choices they gave us. They rang day before to say the doors weren't ready and it would come 2 days later than agreed. Found it hard to try and get a rough estimate of time for arrival. Had to keep ringing. It came, they put it up but told us the roof doesn't fit and they would come the next day with the correct roof. They didn't. We rang and we're told they had tried to ring us first thing to let us know. They hadn't. There was no missed calls from them. They did eventually bring it the next day and put it on. All in all, I would say there's definitely a lack of communication on their behalf. Surely they can message everyone the day before arrival with a rough estimate of time. I would say that the rules on the document you sign are all to suit them and not the customer. The quality could be slightly better. We had long splits in some of the internal wood. But we are really pleased. It looks lovely

The product was well made ant the staff where friendly and courteous came as promised and went together no problem would
recommend to everybody

If you want your shed or summerhouse to arrive complete and on the same day use another company. Both buildings we ordered arrived incomplete and it took over 2 months for them to come back and complete the last remedial works. The windows leak also but I've fixed them myself rather than try get them back again. And don't try and complain you get accused of trying to emotionally blackmail the staff

False promises and inferior quality product. My large shed was installed 12 months ago and it hasn’t been waterproof from day one. The roof leaks as do the walls, windows and door! They refitted the felt once last year but still it leaks. They have been out to look at it again 8 weeks ago but haven’t acted on promises to come and fix it. My tools are rusty and the shed is full on mould. They said the walls leak because my garden is exposed to wind! So unless you live in an area where the rain only falls vertically, I’d avoid buying a shed from T J Garden Products
