Our rise was not to expensive, the place is very nice we like to go on a vacation and my father always booked at Tjingo so this time its the same, We have seeked for a resort at greece at Kalithea, and on that moment we have seen Kalithea Horizen royal the resort where we did go 15 years ago, Very good service!

The website had an error while we were booking our holiday. We were unable to book extra lugage. According to the site we could contact them at a later moment to book extra lugage. It turned out they were unable to book extra lugage at Ryanair for us. We had to do it ourselves which was almost double the price. The customer service employee was helpfull and kind but the extra costs are an unpleasant surprise. We would appreciate a compensation.

Excellent service. Online the hotel suddenly was full, so I called Tjingo. The very friendly lady picked up the phone to call the Egyptian hotel while I was on hold and made some more calls to finally conclude that I can still go to my favourite destination. Well done!

Now that we have the corona issue this company only plays according to legal agrements and has NO compasion in the customers situation The financial department only uses legal terms and conditions without explanation

Hey I booked again true Tjingo, always discount. you must look at theire site. its always cheaper than your travelagent, and you can use the discount for a nice meal.

My wife and I needed a last minute vacation and the help we got was perfect. Not only the various options we received conform to our wishes, but the kind people who helped us were great. At the end we went to a dreamdestination and through people we met on our trip we hd by far the best price!!

Same service as with the ususl touroperators but for a better price.
But suggesting to ask for a special roomnumber at check-in is the worst tip I have had.

Reservation went Perfect. Tjingo did all to select the right Holiday. Have 2 Young kids ( 15 and 17 ) and Tjingo selected the right Holiday Park @ Koss.
Local support was also great!!
