Don’t buy here I still wait for my money and it’s 1 1/2 years ago.
I will now go on the 2nd step and need to go further.

Fast shipping and appreciate the free pack included with the purchase, stuff like that goes a long way!

recently purchased a 'Destined Rivals' booster box from Titan Cards, and despite having to pay close to market price, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. My order arrived perfectly packaged, ensuring the booster box was in pristine condition. What truly set them apart was the welcome surprise of a free booster pack included with my order! Furthermore, communication was exceptionally fast when I requested a shipping update, which really put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend Titan Cards for their excellent packaging, thoughtful extras, and speedy customer service.

Not too sure how to feel first time ordering from this place and when I received my elite trainer box of prismatic evolution 1 individual pack was full of all the special cards which I don't believe is possible all the other packs were fine

Cards arrived well packaged and in good time. Reasons for 4 stars and not 5 is the cards are a little on the more expensive side, compared to other well known and reliable places. Got a few good pulls but that’s all in the gamble and RNG, not the shop!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a Pokemon card for my son’s birthday at £49.99. The reviews looked good so decides to buy it via Titan cards. I had an initial confirmation email then nothing! No delivery notification and despite me contacting them via their website and the customer services email I’ve had no reply! Not a whisper of customer service. What make is worse is my son ages 9 has been coming home every day in hope that this card has come that he paid for himself with his Christmas money. I did some more research and saw that others have recently received the same service, ordering and not receiving their item. It seems that the company has been sold and all the good reviews are prior to the new owners taking over. I’ve reported this as a fraud to the bank as appears to be a pattern and they have raised a case. PLEASE dont order from them. I wish I had seen the recent reviews before I had. Shame on you Titan cards### ##update. Titan cards got hold of me eventually and apologised for the lack of response. They have refunded my money and sent some card as an apology for all the inconvenience. #######

Ordered the new Prismatic Evolution cards on Friday for my son’s birthday on Monday.
I used the 48 hour tracked delivery option and paid the extra money. Sunday nothing, Monday nothing, so i contacted them last night. THEY HAD COMPLETELY MISSED MY ORDER AND HAVE ONLY COMPLETED THE ORDER READY TO BE POSTED AT 5.10PM TODAY. NO APOLOGY OR MENTION OF A REFUND. DISGUSTING

Brilliant service and very quick delivery.

**This is an update :- I'm very happy with the way Titan cards resolved the situation, after seeing my email they instantly refunded my payment and sent some complimentary packs to my grandsons which was extremely kind of them thankyou .My order was cancelled and its over 10 days and the refund still sitting in pending. I'm glad I didn't tell my grandsons about the pokemon cards, I wish I had bought them from a store, as they say if it sounds to good to be true its probably not. I won't be using them again......still no email response to my query and still no refund 10/12.

Tried to buy a Pokemon card for my son's birthday present. The card was never delivered to me. when I asked they said the Royal Mail said to them the GPS was indicating it was connected to the area! I mentioned this is not good customer service and it is not my responsibility. No money was returned or no substitution presented to me. Never buy from them !!

AFTER SPEAKING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE again about the issue the money was refunded. So I change to a 3 star as they sorted it out however I suggest they change their delivery partner.

Ordered a pokemon pin, good price and arrived in good condition.

Honestly this customer service I have had has pushed this service right up, They have been so friendly and helpful, Reassured me with all my problems! They explained what's going on with there company and why things are a bit slower then usual definitely recommend the customer service is 10/10 Merry Christmas everyone 🩷
