The process was so simple - I selected the tires, chose a local installer that I was able to schedule right online during the checkout process, which made the experience even better. First time ordering and was very impressed and pleased with the experience- ordered on Tuesday, tires delivered, installed on Friday. Easy and best price by far.

Tire wasn't available anywhere local.
Had a tire on our 2024 Toyota Landcruiser destroyed by a large nail leaving us without a spare. Checked with Toyota and they didn't have a replacement in stock and wanted $301.00 for the replacement tire in addition to mount and balance fees making it over $400.00. No one in town had one either. Tire Rack had one for $189.00 and I got it in two days. Back on the road safely again.

Fast shipping. Tires were mounted and balanced on the new rims. Installed easily and are a huge improvement over the old tires and wheels.

I tried to put in a claim for a road…
I tried to put in a claim for a road hazard on April 29 to a right rear tire. They kept asking for additional documentation. Then they wanted a description of how it happened. I tried to explain the best I could. They decided my explanation did not explain definitely that it was a road hazard. I had driven from phoenix Arizona to my home in payson arizona about a 120 mile trip. As I rolled into Payson my tire pressure warning light came on and I went directly to tire store who had mounted the tire I purchased from tire rack. As of July 17 have not received reimbursement. I called customer service and representative on the phone continued to tell me explanation was not definitive. So no coverage, ok. 100.00 dollars I can eat that cost. Buyer beware, this is a typical online retail experience.

Great set of Pilot Sport 4 S tires
I’ve been getting tires from Tirerack for years and this has been another great experience: informative videos and articles to help me make a decision, and a seamless ordering process. I got a set of Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. I’ve read about them for years, but they’ve exceeded all my expectations after just one drive. I headed to my favorite local park which has a number of killer curves. I was entering turns 10 mph higher than in the past and the tires didn’t feel like they were close to breaking grip. I’ll report back after some more miles and thunderstorms.
