Who are Tiny Rebel?
Tiny Rebel was founded in 2012 by best mates Brad and Gazz. Based out of the Welsh city of Newport, we’re proud to be Wales' biggest independent craft brewery. Over the years we’ve won loads of awards, such as Champion Beer of Wales, Champion Beer of Britain and SIBA Brewery Business of the Year. Which is great. But really, we just love making nice beer.
We are the youngest and only Welsh brewery to win Champion beer of Britain. We are the only brewery to have won gold, silver and bronze in the Champion Beer of Wales competition...in our first year!
Our History
From two mates in a garage, Brad and Gazz quickly came up with some solid recipes that people really loved. From there, we grew a small but passionate fanbase, who helped us kick off Tiny Rebel to become what it is today. Since 2012 we’ve continued to grow, and we’ve got no intention of slowing down just yet. We’re always working on exciting new projects and we can’t wait to share more of these with you all very soon.

Ten days after ordering a cap, I have received neither the cap nor any tracking information.
I have written concerning this issue and am awaiting a response.

Slow service and support
Feels really cheeky to be asked for feedback on an order that hasn't been shipped yet, conveniently after I raised a ticket to check the order status which I'm told can take two days to even be looked at... So to put it plainly the order process and customer support is very slow,

Surprisingly great decision
Delivery, really tasty beers. I only knew Clwb Tropica No Alcohol found in Welsh Farm Café when on a visit, when ordering so, when ordering 12 of those, I bought an alcoholic Clwb Tropica and a few random others.
The Tiger's Blood was stupendous! Looking forward to the others.

Difficult to Contact, Poor Customer Service
Items damaged in transit so delivery failed. Have tried to contact tiny rebel via online portal, email and social media to discuss whether the items will be resent or refunded but had no response. Very difficult to contact, poor customer service, but they keep sending marketing emails!

Ordered gift for collection from the…
Ordered gift online for collection from the Rogerstone brewery on 18/06. Order was confirmed by email and advised I would get another email when my item was ready to collect. By Monday 22/06 I hadn't recieved an email, so called the brewery and was told to email Sales. Emailed and was sent an automated response saying they would get back to me in 3-5 days.
Gift was needed for 25/06, so had to pick up an alternative from the supermarket. Still have yet to hear back over a week later, and have no way of canceling my order/requesting a refund.
I've never experienced any issues previously, so have been very disappointed with customer service this time. If my order was delayed I would have appreciated an email letting me know so I could make alternative plans.

Rebel Fest and Brewery Tour
I went with a few friends to The Rebel Fest yesterday and what a great experience! An excellent establishment where hundreds of people enjoyed the great weather, live music and friendly atmosphere.
A special shout out to Tom who took us on a very informative and entertaining tour of the Brewery which included the process of grain to the packaging of the final products.
We were very impressed with Tom (and all the staff) and their passion certainly shone through.
We will be back!
