This company ships out of China, not Wyoming! I would not have order the costume if i had known that. Arrived 3 weeks after it was needed and they Will NOT accept returns or refunds!

I was trying so hard to see if this company is based in US and legit before ordering, as you can see from other reviews yes they are based in China and maybe have an American person doing their marketing. That address on their site is not where your order will be coming from. Ordered a costume for Halloween, not here still but the tracking info says it’s in my state so far. So if you need something ASAP look elsewhere.

I ordered a costume for my daughter over a month before Halloween. After not getting a shipping notification for over a week I started to get concerned and emailed customer service. It was promised to me that my order would arrive prior to Halloween. About another week or two later I emailed again because I noticed my package was no where near the US. Again, customer service assured me it would be here prior to the holiday. The day before Halloween I reached out a final time as it was clear my package was no showing up. Customer service told me to reach out regarding my order after I received my package because I stated I wanted to return the item as it would not be here in time. Customer service is now refusing to accept my return because it is past 30 days of my order date (no fault of mine) and they offered a measly 10% return. I am baffled by how terribly this company is run. Had Tiny Jumps fulfilled my order in time, I would have received the costume by Halloween even with Covid shipping delays (which I expected prior to ordering). Don’t order from this company…. It’s a total scam.

anyone thinking about ordering from this company - DO NOT DO IT. Such a scam and will take your money, not ship your order and say they cannot cancel my order and refund the money I spent.

FRAUD ALERT! This company is actually based in CHINA! They are a SCAM and need to be shut down immediately! Ordered two items and two weeks later I can't reach anyone and no tracking information or email from them. Total scam! DO NOT ORDER!

Wish I reviewed this site before placing my order. All the reviews are correct. It’s a scam. Don’t waste your time, no product ever actually comes and they respond to your emails to keep you on the hook.

HORRIBLE!!! I ordered an item Sept 30th and still haven't received it. Contacted the multiple times via email, phone number is a false number. SCAM!!!!

these guys are a scam. ordered 2 outfits for my kid and it took them 2 weeks to provide me with a tracking number. the tracking number when checked said that the courier was waiting for the seller to give them the package to ship. 3 weeks later it still says the courier hasn't received the package to ship, and then just yesterday the tracking number says the shipment was cancelled. tinyjumps customer service is extremely not helpful, they merely provided me the same tracking number twice without giving me any updates to the actual shipment, and in the last week have simply stopped responding to my emails. i will be requesting my credit card reverse the charges, as well as request that they flag any future purchases to this website as fraud for any other possible customers. this is very clearly a scam and i have all the backup emails and tracking receipts to prove it.

that one 5 star review you see on trustpilot is without a doubt someone that must work for tinyjumps because this is by far one of the worse ecommerce experiences i have had.

update 6/17/24: tinyjumps is trying to delete older reviews like mine by flagging them for "needing additional information" and hoping that you dont do anything about it so they can delete the negative review. this is even more scammy behavior and should be an immediate red flag to anyone thinking of buying from these guys. instead of actually doing better and trying to be a legitimate company, they're gonna spend their time trying to delete honest reviews of their service.

Ordered a cute costume intended for Halloween in mid-August. The item hasn't arrived (as of October 5th), and the customer service has failed to respond to any of my attempts to contact them.

This company is an absolute scam, DO NOT ORDER!!!

We had a flight coming up within weeks and needed a solution to harness in our 2 year old. Rather than lugging around a full-sized Car Seat, we figured that the TinyJumps Foldable Car Seat would be a great fix...were we ever wrong!

Placed the order and paid for priority shipping slotted to arrive in 7 - 10 business days. After the first week passed with no update on shipping or tracking I contacted the company. Some generic customer service rep "Sophie" replying saying that they were having logistics issues and she would update me "shortly" - many days passed with no update. At this point it was clear that the product would not arrive in time so I attempted to cancel. No response from the company so I tried to call and shockingly, no answer or voicemail option. Email again, same thing...

Five weeks later the piece of junk product arrived from China...Let me tell you this, I would never in my right mind put a child in this thing - not in a plane or a car... it's a toy!

Emailed, Instagram'd and Tweeted this company to finally get some instructions on how to return the product for a refund. They provided a paragraph-long address in China for the return and expected me to pay the shipping fees. That alone would have cost more than I had paid for the product and priority shipping.

Long story short (too late) I contacted my credit card company to report fraud - sadly I didn't read these reviews before placing my order. Could have saved myself lots of frustration. Hopefully this rant will help someone from making the same mistake!

This website is a scam and the company does not have their logistics together. The company provides zero updates on your order being accepted, shipped and delivered. The support team claims free shipping takes 20 days (which is a ridiculous statement) and there is proof for when items are even shipped to back their statements for refusing to refund customers.

Been waiting for a carseat for a month. No where on the site does it even say it's a Chinese company. Total scam. I got a tracking number and it shows the carseat is being delivered in a total different part of the state!

Stay away, The shipping takes too long. This info isn’t noted on their site. Also, if you need to return the item, customer service takes forever to respond back. They state they can’t return my item purchased but it was within the 30 day period of their policy. This company is scam.

The company is a total fraud, their shipping policies are untrue, their customer service non existent and they do not honor their company policies on their website. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Avoid at all costs as this is a scam.

The worst customer service ever. I ordered Child Protection Car Seat from them to travel with my kid. I needed it ASAP, so I read their Shipping policy and decided to order a priority shipping to get it on time before my trip. I didn't get it on time. I went on my trip, got back, and it's been two weeks since my trip, still no car seat. I asked for a refund, they keep ignoring my e-mails. Outrageous attitude.

How can we take this company down? They stole my money and never delivered the toy 8 ordered for my grandson’s birthday. They are a total scam. They refuse to return my money.

No product received. No refund provided. Customer service and responses almost non existant. Never order from this company - you will only be disappointed.

Update: 7/8/21 Still no refund or product. Ive tried communicating with customer service online and they their Instagram account. All I am told is to be”patient” due to cov$d there are major delays. Emailed to ask for a refund and they never replied. Told them I was reporting fraudulent company with a disconnected phone number. They responded back with the same there are delays due to cov$d and be patient.
It’s been almost a month since order was placed and still nothing.

Item was ordered was not and still has not been processed. But they processed the $ right away. Clearly a problem. Customer service phone number does not work, states they are based in WY hence why I ordered from them. This place is a scam, no product and no money returned.
