Ordered couple of disc joint cloth bodies, which never arrived, emailed 3 times with no reply to any of them, phoned no answer, messaged them on messenger no reply, after a month or so gone by, I went to my bank to do a chargeback, within a few days after that bingo my order arrived, quite a musty smell on them, then I they lied about the date I ordered by a month, just to make themselves look better, never buying from them again, and I’ll put the word out to anyone thinking of buying from them, disgusting company

My daughter purchased a kit 4 weeks ago and we have heard nothing. Not responding to emails or text messages. Luckily we paid with PayPal and hopefully will get the refund through them. But we have to wait 3 months. Disgusting service stay well clear

The website isn't updated regularly, and they never answer the phone or emails!!!!!
Which makes reborn doll artists look else where.. And dread having to go to Tinkerbells....
Widely discussed topic in the doll world is the poor customer service...
A shame as they seem to have the largest array of doll kits. Update the website and do better in customer service, answering email and the phone and it would be alot better...

On this occasion perfect, I had a discount code for 50% off kits if I spent over £100 got 5 kits at a bargain price, delivery was next day with FedEx only £5.99, it arrived 8:30 am
Great stuff (only slight issue was the certificates were in with the kits individually so they was a little misshapen, but will hopefully fix with a heavy book)

Dealt with Tinkerbell’s for years and have always found them to be reliable . My last kit was ordered on Tuesday early morning and I received it Wednesday- the courier kept me up to date with delivery so I was able to be home . Unlike other retailers online Tinkerbell’s have a contact number so if you are old fashioned like me and prefer to talk to someone then contacting them is a breeze .

I would give this shop 0 stars. Received the wrong kit the legs and arms weren’t even the same vinyl and the body was for full arms and sent 3/4 arms????? She wanted me to pay to send the mess back after the fact I had to reimburse my customer. 3 months of emailing, phoning (she never answered the phone) 0 done. I don’t have the kit I paid her for. STAY AWAY. Don’t take a chance. Cost a lot of money and I have nothing.

Items sent by fedex were left out on the street no reply to emails EVER! missing item in my order (different order to the one left on the street) again NO REAPONSE TO MY EMAIL! No response to Facebook messages. I have even called their telephone number and had no answer.

I bought a reborn doll for my daughter for Christmas it arrived well within time and within time specified.The doll is lovely and have just bought another for my daughters birthday at the end of March .Don’t really know much about these but it’s well made and lovely hair .I’d recommend buying from them.It’s hard to get in touch with them but then again was around Christmas

I ordered and paid for my order IN29782 on December 7, 2020. I did not receive anything and trying to contact them gives 0 result! I would not recommend this company to anyone. I want my money back or the product, but I do not get any reaction whatsoever, not even after 5 or 6 attempts. I certainly do not recommend this seller. I start thinking they just took my money without intending to send me my ordered product! There is 0 customer service.

I've have an issue with a damaged kit I purchased from this company, they don't respond to paypal, they don't respond to emails, they don't respond to FB messages, and when they do reply its to repeat the same thing "they will look into it" its going on week 2 and I'm still waiting for them to either send me an exchange kit or refund me, after this is over I will be alerting all my fellow artist to stay clear of them. How you do business with PayPal and not update your email address on your business account? Who does that?

Very poor communication. After ordering and payment, no reaction to e-mails or telephone inquiries about the whereabouts of the order for 5 weeks, although the ordered items should been already in stock (marked as in store). Payment only with the help of Paypal get back.
