Regrettably, our experience has been mediocre at best, 7 days on from placing our Order!
After not hearing anything, about shipping, we ask about it 5 days on. The day following, you respond, simply stating, delivery to the UK could be between 5 to 15 days!
Then today, 7 days on, we receive an e mail advising “slight delay due to supplier”!
In my opinion this is not a professional way to communicate with your customer!
We are unlikely to do further business with TIMARCO!

The mystery of any returns process online
I received my order in moderate time. Having bought two sizes, I now would like to return one size which does not fit. On visiting the website it is impossible to locate any returns portal. I have emailed the customer services which apparently is open 9-2 pm.
I would have opted for an exchange of item, but dislike the "difficulty of locating" any return portal so much that I shall not use "Mr Huang's" company again.

You are absolutely welcome to return items that don’t fit. Our returns portal can be accessed via the link included in the last email we send when your order leaves our warehouse, the same email that contains your tracking link. From there you can easily register your return or exchange.

Misleading shipping information - 5 to 10 working day wait for processing of order
This company offered standard Royal Mail home delivery but did not make clear that it would only process the order 5-10 working days after receiving it. This should have been spelled out very clearly. It was an unfair commercial practice not to do so.
