Poor experience
I ordered an item from the portuguese Timarco site, thinking it would be shipped from Portugal. One week after ordering I still had not received any information about the shipment of my item, so I contacted the support department. They were not very helpful, saying it was shipped that particular day, when in reality all that happened was that the shipment was created with DHL. The shipment took one week, meaning that 2 weeks after my order my item was finally delivered. This was once but never again.

'Got what it says on the tin'
The Bra I ordered was exactly as described which is usually difficult with underwear. i.e. pure cotton. Delivered and ecologically packed. Was a bit disappointed with the delivery charge of nearly £5 but decided to accept that in order to get what I wanted.
Will definitely recommend this company.

Timarco had the goods I was looking for at a good price. I ordered them, but made a typo and ordered the wrong size. I discovered the error after I had submitted the order. I therefore r mailed their customer services and asked if the size could be amended. Soon afterwards, I received a reply which confirmed that the size had been amended. I subsequently received the correct sized goods.
