These are drop shipped products from China, save the money and just get the same wooden utensils on Amazon for 50% or less.

The marketing is very deceptive they present like they have a special product they make etc don’t fall for it. You are paying a huge mark up for what is essentially a fancy story about the products.

I had received and stored an order of kitchen cutting boards from Tilly Living over six months ago, not realizing one of the boards had been damaged in transit. Despite the fact that Tilly's 30 day return policy had been exceeded by 5 Months, Tilly went ahead and ordered a replacement board for me. I am very impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction!

Prior to purchasing, I sent an email question to Tilly and they wer very quick to reply and were helpful with their answer. I absolutely love the utensils I ordered. They are gorgeous!

I have had my set of kitchen utensils for almost 3 years. They have held up through everything I've used them for.
I drive a semi truck and live in my truck. They have performed wonderfully through everything. And not always just cooking.
I even bought my brother a set shortly after. His wife has tried to confiscate them for herself. But his are doing just as well.

These are the nicest cooking utensils I own. They look so beautiful on my counter in the utensil crock. I’ve always used cheap utensils that you get from Dollarama (because they work). However, this year I upgraded to stainless steel cookware and I wanted to buy utensils that would not scratch my stainless steel. I did some research, looking for great quality at an affordable price, and came across these lovely spoons :-) When I first received my order there was an issue with one spoon. I reached out to customer support and they 1) responded immediately, and 2) resolved the issue immediately. Tilly Living I truly appreciate your great customer service, thank you! You cannot go wrong with these wooden utensils!

Cannot recommend these at all. Damaged was caused after single use and stopped using it immediately. The other 3 spoons which I haven’t used are still here and currently having to bed customer service to pay for the return so I’m not out of pocket for their damaged goods.

I have ordered several products from Tilly Living. I am very impressed with both the quality offered and the shopping experience. I did contact them regarding a set which had one defective piece enclosed. The replacement, after sending pictures, was seamless and timely. All items purchased are of surprising quality…which justifies the price and I am happy to gift items to others knowing this brand is trust worthy.

I am starting a new adventure and moving to Panama for the winter. I bought a little house and need to get it all set up. Tilly Living was my first stop. I couldn’t even imagine having a kitchen that didn’t have Tilly’s incredible products in it. Their teak kitchen products are everything I’ve ever wanted, and I had to have them in my new house. I have never known their products not to be beyond comparison, superb in quality and really forward thinking in the way they do things. Their customer service is beyond compare. If you haven’t tried them yet you’re missing out and you should hurry up and get there

The product(s) I own from Tilly Living are exceptional. I started with the little table lamp, which I use in my downstairs bathroom. Adds the right amount of light at night. The wooden spoon set is pure quality in structure and looks.
In my error there was a mix up in my cutting board order. The Tilly Team handled it from just an email, quickly and proficiently.
The products are amazing, the Tilly Team match with their customer service. Would I recommend this company, absolutely.

Customer experience is amazing. I bought a set as a gift for my wife. She ended up not needing it and Tilly’s customer centric response really was above and beyond. I will purchase from them again solely for that reason!

They rapidly helped resolve an issue with a purchased product. The Nordic lamps are beautiful and look great in my home.

We mistakenly ordered two sets of the kitchen utensils. We loved the product but didn't need two. Tilly's customer service was excellent and we ended up with a great solution.

Purchased a set of 3 grain boards… almost 300$ and 6 mo later they are scratched and warped. I can no longer use them…. Total waste and service is horrible. DO NOT BUY from this company

I love the utensils. My husband commented that he liked the color. So do I. We just got new ceramic cookware, so we are glad to have high quality utensils that won't damage them.

They fixed a problem very fast that they didn’t cause. I’m very grateful to them. I even contacted them over the weekend and that made no difference.
