Received a damaged order, job had a deadline had to source an alternative tile as couldn’t be used as cuts or else wouldn’t have even messaged - only to be stalled at every turn. Won’t be using the service again and will be posting a negative review under any Facebook post to warn others

I had a great experience with this company, particularly from Scott in customer services, who was very helpful regarding a partial refund for an unused box of tiles. He made the whole process easy. A great company that delivers on time with constant communication.
Tiles are exactly as described and of excellent quality. Tiles arrived all intact too.
Price was very good. Delivery cost was a little expensive but that was due to us living in Shetland so it was off mainland charges.
Would Definately use Tile Mountain again and recommend.

As confirmed following our investigation, the tiles supplied were the correct products ordered. The wall and floor tiles are two separate products, each with its own finish and shade characteristics. Although they are designed to complement one another, they are not manufactured to be an exact colour match and, as they are produced separately, slight variations in shade are to be expected.

Delivery and communication excellent
The staff at Nottingham were helpful and very knowledgeable. Delivery was as stated, communication very good. There was an issue with some broken tiles. These were replaced within 48 hours. Misbah in customer services was excellent, very helpful and kept me informed of the issue. Really good customer service!
