Fantastic service and product

Fantastic service from order to quick delivery, was kept upto date with emails, had a few damage tiles but were replaced with no problem. And I would definitely order again and recommend to friends. Tiles are a good quality and are as advertised and as per samples provided.

Colour disaster 🙈

I purchased tiles for our new bathroom from their website however when they arrived the colour was slightly darker than the images on the website, I should have returned them but due to time constraints we chose to go ahead and now after living with them for a year I really regret not returning them because they’re just too dark for a small bathroom but that’s on me.

Received 28 boxes of tiles

Received 28 boxes of tiles. Started laying them down to find 16 boxes of 1 shade and 12 boxes of another shade. This is no accident, this is deliberate
