Great tiles in my garden. Fast quick no-hassle delivery.

Ordered our tiles from the Peterborough store and arranged to collect. When collecting Robbie and Aiden kindly sorted the tiles for us to make a complete pattern as the tiles were supplied randomly and the complete pattern was not guaranteed. This was not an easy task, they were very helpful and patient. I recommend this company.

Staff in store have always been lovely but when facing issues the online services have been more than unhelpful. Due to email confusion weaccidentally ordered two items and they have asked us to pay for one of them to be returned. The emails sent were confusing and I found them pushing to make a purchase, leaving us with a pallet of tiles left in the drive of a house we don't live in. I would not buy from then again if possible. (the staff are wonderful in store though which makes this review a real shame).

Rabia was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. She took the time to understand my query, provided clear and useful information, and resolved my issue efficiently. Her communication and customer service were excellent throughout.

The item was good but there was a small scratch/damage on delivery. Delivery companies these days are terrible regarding care and attention to the goods they are entrusted with. The seller's need to be more deligent in calling them out too.

Then eventually went Delivery arrived arrived on the time specified
Have used this company on a few occasions had next day Delivery absolutely fantastic 10 out of 10 from me and definitely will use again and again and again

Keep it up, tile mountain

Great choice of tiles, shame you can’t take straight from showroom, have to pay high delivery costs! Biggest issue was that from 3 packs of tiles, 3 were badly chipped so couldn’t be used as full tiles!

Easy to choose and samples delivered quicker than I finished my coffee. Brilliant. Have ordered tiles from Tile Moi Tain before. Return customer.

Prompt delivery of pallet to door. The retaining straps on the palllet must have been too tight and several boards were damaged. Tile Mountain sent immediate replacement, excellent.

Great service, quick to replace broken tiles

Selection and ordering online is straight forward and easy.
Delivery was quick within 4 days. However carrier failed to identify deliver slot on day of delivery, not under the control of Tile Mountain.
I had a minor issue with broken tiles in my delivery. However Karen my customer service advisor responded within a couple of hours to my e-mail and provided replacement tiles which will arrive in time for my project timeline to be met.

The tiles we ordered arrived on time. We had 2 out of 87 broken which isn't too bad and they were in the same pack. Filled out the claim form and Seemab responded really quickly to confirm they would be sent the next day. Great service and great communication.

Helpful advice from the chat function. When there was a misunderstanding they were very prompt in addressing this and rectify.

I can find a number of reasons to recommend this company. I placed my main order with it because compared to every alternative, it had by far the largest selection and had products which came closest to my requirements. The entire order was delivered the day after placing it, by a pallet service with excellent tracking and very smooth handling on delivery. When I reported a small number of tiles which had been damaged before delivery, the response from Rabia Idrees at Customer Service was instant, and intact replacements were sent immediately. From what I've seen of the delivery, I think these tiles will look superb once laid, and I will make Tile Mountain my first choice for any future tiling projects.

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a bulk order of tiles I recently purchased from Tile Mountain.

Unfortunately, the tiles were not consistently sized. Although they were installed in a uniform layout, the cuts and dimensions of the individual tiles were not precise enough for them to line up correctly with one another. This resulted in noticeable inconsistencies across the wall and meant that the finished installation did not look as it should.

The issue is particularly disappointing because these tiles were purchased in bulk for a larger installation, where consistency in sizing and cutting is essential. The tiler made every effort to install them uniformly, but the variation between the tiles made this impossible.

As a result, I have now had to have all of the tiles removed from the wall, incurring additional labour and expense that would not have been necessary had the tiles been consistently manufactured and sized.

I would like Tile Mountain to investigate this matter and advise what you can offer in terms of compensation/refund for the faulty or inconsistent tiles, as well as consideration towards the additional costs I have incurred as a direct result of the issue.

I can provide photographs, order details and any other information required to demonstrate the sizing discrepancies and the problems caused during installation.

I look forward to your response and a satisfactory resolution.
