Milton Keynes experience
Visited the Milton Keynes branch, required tiles and various bathroom items, was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful range available.
However the sales person Alfie went beyond my expectations, having experienced staff from other tile and bathroom companies, the service, detail and most importantly honest guidance to my requirements were unbelievable, his sales manner is as professional as one could get, after 3 meetings bought what i required from the tile section as well as their bathroom section.

I emailed Customer service & received a…
I emailed Customer service & received a very prompt response from Rabia Idress, who very swiftly asked me to provide my order number to follow up missing items on my order that was delivered today 27 August 2026.
Rabia then confirmed a very short while later that another delivery fir the missing items had been arranged for 1 September 2026.
Great service, kept me up to date every step of the way. Really efficient.

Tile Mountain has been fantastic. We purchased large‑format 1.2 × 1.2 m tiles, and the whole process was smooth and quick. Although one tile arrived damaged, customer service handled it straight away. Rabia Idrees was wonderful and organised a replacement very quickly. The service was efficient from start to finish. We also appreciate Misbah for a great customer service. Thank you!
P.S. The tiles are stunning — timeless, elegant, and the soft veins feel gorgeous to the touch.

Very happy with Tile Mountain
Very happy with Tile Mountain. They have a good range of products at competitive prices, and the quality of the tiles is very good.
I also had an issue with some tiles damaged during delivery, but their Customer Services team handled it quickly and professionally. Special thanks to Rabia Idrees, who was very helpful and resolved the issue without any hassle.
Overall, a great experience with Tile Mountain. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Great tiles and service at Tile Mountain
Tile Mountain are a great and very professional company with beautiful quality tiles. Really easy to order with swift confirmation and delivery information. I ordered late in the afternoon and received them the next morning. The pallet was neatly and professionally packaged with no damage. However a couple of tiles within the undamaged boxes were broken and the customer service matched the professionalism of the company as Rabia Idrees kindly and swiftly dealt with my claim, arranging replacement tiles to be delivered with no hassle at all. Great company, great delivery service and great customer service. Thank you.

Outstanding service..
Outstanding service... Everything arrived when it was supposed to and one box of LVT flooring that had some damage to one corner (which the delivery driver pointed out to me) was very quickly replaced and dealt with at lightning speed by Rabia within 24 hours.
I would definitely use again and recommend
