I ordered 10 bags of Honey strow last year. I paid 15 $ extra for get delivery 2 a 4 business day. And i got delivery this year. only 3 bags im still waiting 7 bags ?
I placed an order on Tilba Beauty's website on 13 December 2022 and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I was informed at checkout that the order would arrive in 5 days, but after 2 weeks of waiting, I had still not received my shipment.
I attempted to reach out to the website multiple times via email, but received no response. When I finally called the number listed on the website, I was directed to a warehouse where the individuals were unable to assist me with my concerns.
It wasn't until I made several attempts to contact Tilba Beauty that my order was finally shipped, and it didn't arrive until 23 January 2023. This delay caused me a great deal of frustration and inconvenience.
Furthermore, the lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable. I was left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with my experience.
I would not recommend Tilba Beauty to anyone due to their poor communication and unreliable shipping practices. It is important for companies to prioritize their customers and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Tilba Beauty failed to do so in my case.
Wrong product was shipped and I tried repeatedly to rectify situation and a week and a half later still no contact

Wouldn’t send to PO Box. They contacted me to use another address. Item was returned as address was incorrect. Contacted them about the issue with no response. Opened a case with PayPal to have the charges refunded

I ordered a product from Tilba Beauty that was unfortunately sent to the wrong state by the carrier for no apparent reason. I sent an email to Tilba and within a very short period of time I received a written reply plus a telephone call and apology from the customer service manager who had followed up on my email with the carrier. She advised that a replacement product would be sent immediately which was confirmed later. I am impressed by the manner and speed with which the company responded and their willingness to rectify the issue that was not their fault.
