For me, the Promo HP Chromebook 14 G5, Celeron Processor N3450 was a very successful purchase for me. Two months later, using it everyday, this Chromebook is still running just as smoothly as when it started. The battery lasts 10 hours, which was my main reason for buying it and it actually lasts.

Additionally, the purchase process was quick and painless with Tiger Direct not trying to sell me anything else.

The only slight issue I have with this CB is the sometimes slowness in loading when you completely shut it down. If you leave it on though and close the lid, it's a quick open.

I was a bit surprised about the slow delivery to my address in Vancouver, and especially so when I saw that the shipping address was Richmond BC!!

The products i got are good. My problem is the 3 weeks waiting for them. Also the phone calls from there repersentitives asking if it was for my own personal use or if it was for a business 2 times a day for 2 weeks was unacceptable. I broke my computer order into 3 orders but everything came individually. I also have not heard back about returing a product. I guess thats just a 300$ kick to the wallet ill just have to live with.

Overall TigerDirect has provided me with good service. In this case part of my order arrived promptly as expected via Fedex. I subsequently received a call about the second part of the shipment. The agent wanted to make clear that there were no returns on this order. Any issues would need to be taken up with the manufacturer. Okay but after a while I began to wonder why my order hadn't arrived. I called TigerDirect and tried to figure out why I couldn't track the order. The agent was equally confused and promised to call me back. True to his word he called me the next day and explained that the order was coming from the other side of the country and that the shipper was Canada Post. The company gets A+ for the followup but they should have done better in providing the customer with information on the shipping arrangements.
