lady at 25 bond street tiffany's
the lady who served me was ignorant and so arrogant that she didn't even comprehend what i was saying as she thought too highly of herself. this poor misconduct was remedied by her manager but believe that she was not suitable for a customer service role.
DISHONEST COMPANY!
Just come to mind again and compelled to warn anyone thinking of gifting jewellery. Received package and no necklace. Reported and was told CCTV showed was in package. Would love to see the illusion CCTV. Pointless complaining as no one takes you seriously. Almost £300 gone because of a dishonest company. Sadly for Xmas 2024 no jewellery
Do not use Tiffany to shop online
Do not use Tiffany to shop online! Avoid avoid avoid! No email confirmation given once your order is placed. Their own customer service representative do not have visibility about your order. I was told that I would receive an email once the order was shipped. Customer service can only see the order once it is shipped! Incredibly disappointing online shop from such a reputable company like Tiffany

Purchased a ring for an 18th birthday gift.
Within one week of wear the ring became badly tarnished and scratched. Reported to Tiffany customer service, to be told no refund or replacement can be given. Absolutely appalled at the poor quality of a silver ring that cost £300!
Will never purchase from this company again.
My daughter blacelet is in bits
My daughter blacelet is in bits. Only lasted a few weeks. Now looking at it ,loose in the box . Why did we buy this rubbish. Reading on these reviews we wont bother sending it back to get an over priced repair , i will goto my local shop and ask for help. Will never buy overprice rubbish again.
Beware no after care!
Necklace had been notted when taken out the pouch. After contacting tiffanys I was informed I would have to pay for a repair (£70) despite never having worn my purchase. Or i could have visited a store to have a detangle for free, not a store close by. Awful customer service for the price the pay for their products. Would not recommend!

My wedding band from Tiffany lost a stone after 5 weeks and was bend. They tried to then make me pay to fix it and worst customer service I’ve ever had experienced. Do not shop here
Horrible Customer Support
I purchased a bracelet that was not properly assembled. The links are supposed to be soldered to prevent the bracelet from falling off your wrist. I went online to customer support chat, they wanted to charge for a repair, I explained it came from Tiffany's that way and should not be charged. I was then put to chat with a supervisor, they looked up my purchase but did not find the correct one, I tried to send them the invoice for the bracelet but they stopped the chat and asked if my concerns were satisfied, I answered No and the chat was thread stopped. This is unexceptable customer service from a company like Tiffany's. There are so many other reputable jewelry companies to choose from, I hope this review will motivate you to choose another company and save you the anguish of dealing with Tiffany's dissapointing customer service.
Not the Quality You'd Expect.
My husband bought me a heart tag bracelet and the heart had several scratches on it, as if it had already been worn. We returned it to the shop where he bought it, Old Bond Street. We had a friendly greeting but when I explained that my new bracelet looks like it had already been worn, the friendliness disappeared. They did exchange it for a perfect one but with no apology. In fact the experience left me feeling that I had done something wrong, when in fact it was them. They should not have sold a piece of jewellery in that condition. Also to offer no apology when we travelled out of our way to London to return it.
I then sent an email of complaint via their website over one week ago and I have not yet received a reply.
I would never shop with them again, their customer service is shocking.
Tiffany is one of the most luxurious…
Tiffany is one of the most luxurious and affordable jewelry I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I wanted to make a gift to my sister on her birthday, she literally was my 2-nd mom when I was a child and treated me well, but now I’m a grown man who can buy such gifts. Got a gold necklace “Return to Tiffany®” (Mini Heart Tag Pendant in Yellow Gold) for $975 dough. The only downside was how they packed it, not a big deal. She was really delighted when I gave it to her.
Extremely disappointed in Tiffany & Co.
Extremely disappointed in Tiffany & Co.
I brought in a Tiffany ring after the stone fell out. I was quoted $150 to fix it, then waited weeks with no update. When I finally called, they said, “Oh, nobody called you,” and suddenly the cost had jumped to $1,000 because “four prongs were broken.” I don’t work in construction — this is clearly a craftsmanship issue. After multiple calls between corporate and the White Plains store, I kept getting empty promises and no follow-up. No one answers the phone, no one calls back, and no one takes responsibility. For a so-called luxury brand, the customer service is awful and they don’t stand behind their quality. I will never buy from Tiffany’s again.
Made a gift purchase
Made a gift purchase , not delivered on time, no one answered when it will be delivered , horrible service, so sorry to buy from this company!!
Avoid- go somewhere with quality!
I was a loyal customer of Tiffany, saving up for piece of jewellery or being bought it for a special occasion. Unfortunately now, the quality is not there and the ‘customer service’ at the Sloane Street store was horrendous. I feel so duped and if you are thinking of treating yourself of someone you love to some jewellery, go elsewhere! I wish we had done….
Awful quality
Ordered a necklace and bracelet. The heart charm to the bracelet has broken off TWICE. They won’t let me have a replacement unless I send it back to “analyse” it further and it’s now out of the money back guarantee time period.
The clasp to the necklace is stiff and I have to force it close because it doesn’t line up with itself. The clasp to the bracelet is wonky and doesn’t close properly.
It showed up with black marks on the silver and chips that I did not create.
For a company that produced a World Cup trophy, you’d think their quality would be top notch. It’s not! It’s just overpriced, cheaply made and turns black every couple of days.
The sizing guide is also completely inaccurate so I had to replace my bracelet as soon as it arrived.
Arrogant staff, even the security staff! Very unprofessional and poor service. Total waste of time!!
Wow, come here to write a review of my recent experience with Tiffany and noticed I’m not alone!!
My husband recently bought a smile bracelet for my birthday that I really loved it, the problem is it’s just too big and the actual smile bangle always falls down and facing downward, after one week it was scratched already. When purchase at the shop my husband was told that’s the smallest size to which it’s a S. In fact it also come in size XS but the staff only want to sell him even knowing they don’t have the stock in the shop, they’d never offered the option to him.
When I went back to Tiffany at Sloane Square the week after, I was told they were too busy on a Saturdays( but the shop is not busy at all!) that I should come back in a week day so they can fix it. I assumed that means they can fix it right there in the shop whilst I’m waiting. So I left. However after been away for a week, I went back to the shop this Monday, as soon as I walked in I’ve noticed there is hardly any staff except one that’s been serving another customer. So stood there and hoping someone would appear to serve me, but I’ve heard a voice from behind that the security staff told me to go browsing! How can they be so rude to tell the customer what to do?! I’ve explained to them that I needed repair the bracelet as soon as I walked in. After waiting 15mins finally I was served by a staff, when I explained that I would like to shorten the bracelet cause it was obviously too big for me, he’d plainly said he thought it was perfect size for me. However I insisted that the size is not correct hence the smile bangle got scratched after just one week, he’d reluctantly agreed that it can be done. Without inform me prior and to my surprise, after he’d taken all my details and put into the system, then he’d asked me to pay £155 for resizing! I can’t believe how unprofessional the way they handle this, aboviouslynit has to been the other way round that they should check with the customers if they’d like to go ahead with the job as there will be a cost of £155? When I refused, they’d look at me with such an straight face. It’s just awful!!
I will definitely not buying anymore jewellery from them ever again! So much for the expensive experience, simply not worth anything!
Tiffany poor customer service
I placed an online order on 11th August as a birthday gift for my wife which was a replacement wedding band at a cost of £310. She sadly lost the original earlier this year, also from Tiffany. My Wifes birthday was 15th Sept during which time the product remained in its gift wrapped box unopened and untouched. Unfortunately the ring was a size too small so i contacted customer service to explain and was advised despite giving the reason for being slightly outside the 30day refund/exchange policy they cant offer an exchange (which would not have been questioned a week before). I was told the best they can do is resize for an additional cost of £70.
I emailed them with my dissatisfaction at this response asking for a solution to be told not only can they not offer an exchange, but also the ring cannot be resized due to its design. I was advised to either wear it on another finger (a wedding band!) Or hang it from a necklace!!!!
My complaint remains ongoing as i feel this is completely unreasonable and upon further inspection it appears Tiffany customer service experience stories on Trustpilot is atrocious and my experience sadly is no better. Really disappointed that an organisation of this magnitude cannot grant a very reasonable request.
Received Empty Box – Tiffany Refuses Refund
I ordered from Tiffany (Order #00198449, 10/09/2025) and received an empty, re-taped box with no item inside. I immediately provided timestamped photos and video evidence.
Despite this, Tiffany’s customer service claimed the order was “packaged successfully” and refused a refund. This is unacceptable for a luxury brand.
Actions I’ve already taken:
• Filed a FedEx claim.
• Prepared a police report.
• Preparing a chargeback with my bank.
Up until now, I have been friendly and patient, but Tiffany has failed to resolve the situation. I will continue with legal, financial, and public channels until this is corrected.
Brought a fairly expensive ring…
Brought a fairly expensive ring supposedly silver sterling to wear whilst travelling as a replacement to wedding ring and by the end of the flight my finger had turned green.
Can't give a low enough score.
Can't give a low enough score.
They shipped to some other completely wrong address in another city! It did not match at all the address on my order. It took many emails to get a response, and now in limbo... Are they going to send a replacement to the correct address? Refund me for my purchase? No idea! No response from Tiffany!
I will never purchase from Tiffany again.
The Tiffany & Co silver link earrings…
The Tiffany & Co silver link earrings are the worst purchase I could ever make. I so loved the model, I had them in gold and wanted to have them in silver color too, payed 1800€ for them and after 6 months they started to become black, they were cleaned in shop and then became in one month blacker than before. I left them now to be professionally cleaned still don’t have big hopes it will last. The silver quality it’s the worst I have ever seen, even no brand silver lasts longer and looks like this after 10 years…super disappointed…I would add photos but I don’t know how to
