This process is really clunky
This process is really clunky. And the timer made it really annoying. It bugs me that we don't really pick our seats. I guess that is what you get when you aren't in the expensive seats. This is why we rarely go to these things. It isn't about the money. It is about feeling like you don't matter.

Scam or Incompetence
Sent me tickets I ordered on a web site my computer didn't recognize. Worked with them (AI) to resolve it over 2 hours never could. Never an issue with Ticketmaster or StubHub. I blame myself for using them, but my advice pay a little extra and use reputable ticket brokers.
