Being a foreigner withour a fidelity card, I have purchased tickets for a football game online and had issues with receiving the digital files on my E-mail. The team has responded urgently to my quiry and has provided detailed instructions on how to solve the matter. I strongly recommend their service. I bought a ticket to watch a show in Ostia Antica. Two days before the date, the show moved to a location that is quite far from my home. It was supposed to happen in a weekday, therefore I couldn't go to it anymore. Because it was an un-numered chair (when I bought there was no option to get numbered places), it wasn't refunded. When I contacted their support they said to contact whoever was organizing it. The detail is that it took me a while to find the name of the company in their website and no phone number was associated with it.
As of 01.10.23 I have sent 20 emails to TicketOne & Eventim to request a refund for concert tickets. They still refuse to pay the money owed to me. TicketOne insist I did not request a refund in line with their refunds terms. This is not correct. DO NOT USE TICKETONE TO BUY ANY EVENT TICKETS. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. TICKETONE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
This company are a disgrace. Do not use them to purchase tickets for events online. I brought tickets to see The Chemical Brothers in Lucca,Italy for my husband's birthday. We also paid for flights & a hotel for 3 nights in July this year. We arrived in Italy & had no idea the show had been postponed for a month. We could not afford to pay for flights & hotel to return to Italy September. A refund was available but had to be claimed by a certain date, which I did. TicketOne have not refunded the £184 I paid for the tickets, because they say I did not claim a refund in time. I can't get any help or info whatsoever.

I purchased Andrea Bocelli tickets via this website. The selects selected were the second highest category at the time of booking, and the seating chart clearly showed we would be close to the stage. However, on the night, our seats were at the very back of the theatre (almost the last row). Many others complained of the same issue. The staff mentioned something about the online algorithm showing something different to the theatre seating chart. WHAT A SCAM. They are not to be trusted, and despite an amazing concert (most of which I could hear but not see), I left feeling utterly cheated by this company. If you can, AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COSTS.
I got myself into a hole and had ordered too many tickets and wanted a refund. TicketOne were prompt, and reacted in good time to address the issue, and refund me. Very impressed and grateful.

I had two tickets to see the Chats in Milano and the event was cancelled the day before. I didn't realize that I had to request a refund myself until 6 weeks later when it hadn't appeared back in my account. They now tell me that I had exactly one month to request the refund and they are going to keep my €56! How is this allowed. I'm sure that EU law must prohibit a company being allowed to take your money, cancel the event and then leave it to you to claw the money back from them. Surely they should refund automatically - they have all my details. And now they flatly refuse! It's not as if I'm asking for anything for free. I paid for something I did not receive through no fault.of my own. I won't use TicketOne again and I advise anyone else to avoid them

If it had been possible to give 0 stars I would have done so. The most unreliable website to buy ticket for either sporting events or concert. The worst service ever, and if you aren't a bot or something special it's almost impossible to get tickets. The tickets had been sold out for half an hour already, and the website was giving the false possibility to buy them. Lost of time. Avoid it.
I subscribed for tickets alert for Taylor Swift. Never got the e-mail with a code. Logged in yesterday to try to get tickets from 12pm, as announced. Nothing happened. No information on the website or on the fb-site. I have no problems accepting that I didn’t get tickets, but wating several hours in front of my computer without even being able to participate in the «race for tickets» made the experience «no stars worth».
Unfortunately the Imola F1 GP was cancelled. Very pleased with how ticketone handled it all, I didn’t have to do anything and kept receiving updates through email. About a month and a half later I received the refund, which is pretty fast considering. All and all would book again. See you next year ;)

Tried for several hours to book tickets to an event in Vernona on their website and App. We're UK based and they want to know your country of origin and UK or any derivative wasn't listed. If you're UK based, you're probably the only ones who can't buy tickets through this company. Rather disappointing.
Don't buy insurance for tickets, it's just waste of money. You will be at death's door and they still gonna find reason for not refunding any money. I'm not going to say something about ticket fees and other cause it's useless. Just sad that this crap site still working and feeling fine.
