Cant complete registration. 4 different people in 4 different areas trying on 4 different devices and 3 different networks. Tried clearing cache but nothing works.

Can’t complete registration to make a purchase. 3 of us have tried and it is basically impossible. Fields that require completion cannot be completed. Have been in touch with support who eventually (after previous steps) asked me to use another device. We’ve used various devices and the problem occurs every time. What a shambles of a website, for goodness sake sort it out!!

In November 2025 (6 months ago) I have paid for two tickets for an Arena Di Verona event Euros 160 and never received a paper or electronic ticket. The FAQ is not helpful and emails to Customer Service remain unanswered.

TicketOne reply was not helpful. Their recommended contact with the vendor was already done days ago. The vendor declined to undertake services for TicketOne.
The TicketOne telephone hotline also remains unattended. A contact number or email address to offer any help by TicketOne was not given.
I CAN ONLY REITERATE NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TicketOne.
FINALIZATION
The tickets were not in my spam folder - they were never sent to me.
The hold frustration could have been avoided had TicketOne reacted early to my various emails sent and contacted Arena di Verona immediately. Finally they got in contact with me directly explaining how the tickets could be downloaded from their website.
Finally I got my tickets and go on the road to Verona just in time.

I have purchased two tickets for Andrea Bocelli. I got a new iPhone and I need the etickets resent. The phone number and email used have not changed.
I have tried three times using the TicketOne Customer Service Portal. I gave details of the payment and a copy of the statement as payment proof. But no-one has replied and a week has passed.

I bought tickets for Ed Sheeran but when i try to login on the account it says it doesnt exist i allso cant do a password reset because it says email not recognized and when i try to create a account with the same mail it says email allready exist the event is in a couple days. I tried to contact them through the contact form but no reply.

I purchased a ticket for the opera and want to change my seat and purchase another ticket so I can sit with my husband. Their difficult-to-navigate website leaves me frustrated - this should not be a problem to handle but I only receive a "we cannot help you" response. Calling hours are limited which makes it difficult from California. I cannot recommend their services.

Tried to buy a ticket for Pompeii, gives error in every browser I try. Tried to contact support - says "You don't have permission to access "contact form link" on this server."
Can't buy a ticket and can't contact support. Very very bad.

Bought 2 X tickets for the Imola Grand Prix, at 420 Euros per ticket. On arrival at the cicruit our seats were at the exact same level as the row in front of us, so we could not see the track or the screen. These were not sold as restricted view tickets, and therefore are in breach of contract. I have tried multiple times to contact Ticket One, and have no response. Very disappointed and I would like a full refund and someone to reply to my emails/messages etc

We are an old couple who visited Pompeii. We bought a ticket in advance. However in the day of our visit there was a strong rain. We asked for refund and received it without delay.
However it was hard to buy a new ticket from ticketone, because we did not remember our password and could not restore it. The programming needs to be improved!

I had to cancel a trip that I had planned to take to Italy with my sister due to a medical emergency. I contacted Ticket One to cancel ticket but didn’t think I could get a refund. They showed compassion and gave me a full refund. Clearly there’s more compassion in Italy than in UK. Thank you so much. Made a really tough time better by this gesture.

I tried buying tickets multiple times, but didn't receive an OTP sms code.
The emails say to try another day or check a box that says to not validate phone number - but there is no such box in the profile.
I tried contacting support through email, first time they asked when to call tomorrow - no one called.
I tried writing again, just to be asked when to be called tomorrow, and instead they called me the same day - which I missed. Tried calling back - nothing. Tried replying to the email - multiple times - nothing.
It's an extremely frustrating experience for something as simple as buying a ticket.
