The review concerns the concert dedicated to Vasilis Karras

The review concerns the concert dedicated to Vasilis Karras on June 13, 2025.
The event poster simply stated 7:00 p.m. There was no mention of when the doors would open or anything else about the arrival time, with the result that many people (including myself) gathered outside the venue from 5:30 p.m. in unbearable heat, with the organizers who were there informing us that the doors would open at 7:00 p.m. at approximately 7:00 p.m.!!!!!! The only positive thing about this was that once the doors opened, entry into the stadium was fairly quick.
When the concert started, the monitor on the main stage did not show any images from the main stage, so we could not see the singers, but this was rectified after about 20 minutes.

Nothing more than a disgrace

Their queue system is awful. 2 days of waiting to get a ticket and their system with no reason kept resetting my place in the queue. This happens when there are monopolies. Awful company, awful services. Just a disgrace. I prefer not to attend any concert ever again ,than getting tickets from them. Stay away from them for the benefit of your mental health

Close the company

Unacceptable! Waiting in the queue to purchase tickets the first time and before payment it brought an error. After thrown to the queue again and waiting for 5 hours I got restricted access. For a separate event we got charged 3 times for the same tickets. Better close it you are worthless. Never again!
