This was the best concert possible! Great performance , great organisation

Tried to buy tickets for Metallica in Berlin and all they did is charge me multiple times for the tickets and then after I contacted the support sent me an excuse that they had problems. They were totally unprepared for such a sale.

I was not informed about the venue change for the concert. I traveled from another city for it, and just was getting ready my tickets 1 hour before the gig, and I noticed the change.
I really thing you should have sent an email about it

The new App doe not function well. I still used the Old App upon entrance on the BabyMetal Event

It was the best experience of my entire life. I love dua lipa with my whole heart. She is the coolest, kindest and most talented human being on this planet. And Ticketmaster made it so easy with the tickets. I came all the way from Denmark and have absolutely no regrets

Great show and flawless organisation.

The artist’s performance was incredible. He really engaged with the crowd and sang beautifully. The only issue was the heat. Air conditioning or some sort of cooling system is definitely needed. It was surprising that no one fainted. Getting free water to the crowd at the front is also needed and I’ve seen it done before so definitely a feasible suggestion.

Hope it’s okay to reply in English. The concert was great! The sound of voice at the performance of Balu Brigada was not that good, I guess there was smth with the microphone.
Additionally, it would be nice if it written in the rules beforehand some things that were not mentioned: 1. You can pay only with card. 2. No food whatsoever (not just in containers) 3. You can take a water bottle with only without lid.

The whole experience was a complete disaster.
The show was not the original ballet, and there was no live music with an orchestra which was not described in the website of the show.
Then specifically for the organisation of the Europhalle, first the audience is very rude, uses the cellphones all the time, speaks laud and disturbs the other people. And the management of Europhalle does nothing to prevent it, even if staff of the Europhalle was in the room, they said nothing and not even asked to turn the cellphones off.
It is also outrageous that Europhalle sells chips in the pause , and lets people go in to the theatre with the bag of chips! It makes a lot of noise!
I will never again go to a show (also quite expensive) there!

Your support department helped us when our tickets were lost on the way to Serbia, and we were able to enjoy the concert; support went above and beyond and sent the tickets to our accomodation in Germany. Thank you for that!

Had a great time at the GEMINI concert. It was well organized and the view was great. Maybe the ventilation should be thought through a bit more so if you attend the venue keep in mind to stay hydrated and dress accordingly cus it can get quite warm in there.
