I bought reserved golden circle seats but when I arrived to the venue, there were no seats at the golden circle. All the people were standing. Don't sell tickets with "reserved seating" if there won't be any seats at the venue the dat of the concert.

Worst worst tickets distribution ever omg. The cuing is bad enough on its self but that when the “sale or presale” opens it asks to verify yourself through email or phone so ur already f by them before u even try to get tickets. You almost never have a chance u get placed as 150000+ it’s really a joke tbh.

The upstairs between sections were occupied during the concert. Safety risk was really high and low visibility for higher price seats.

I wanted to resel the tickets through ticket swap. Apparently the tickets were non valid. So the tickets remained unused. Can I get my money back?

Easy process from finding tickets to payment.

Awful organisation on a standing line in the morning,it was chaos,workers just screamed people didn't understand what they shoud do.
people who came first were in the end,disappointed and frustrated...

When I was thinking about selling my tickets this was a cumbersome process So I decided to keep them and enjoyed the show of Ed Sheeran.
App is working easy and well, easy entry at the venue.

The tips for the concert and the organization were very good! I felt there were enough workers helping out with directions and the parking was also well organized for bikes.

It was our first time to buy a resale tickets in Ticketmaster and it is really assuring and we worry less because of the very helpful information in the app. Plus ED SHEERAN’s concert was really fantastic! 😀

All good except for the stress concerning the tickets. The Ticketmaster app is not available for Belgium in the Google App Store! This is beyond unbelievable.
At the show I had to open the browser to show them the tickets. No idea if they would have accepted print screens. Please fix this.
