Ticket Club is a membership site for tickets to concert, sports, and theater events. Members save money on tickets to the events they want to see, with low prices and no service fees. It's similar to Amazon Prime, Sam's Club, and Costco - except for tickets. We offer our members tickets without any additional service fees, which are added fees added on (typically at checkout) by almost every company in the industry. These fees constitute most of the profit of many ticketing sites, and can raise the price of tickets from anywhere from 10% to 30% or more. We don’t charge those fees, and the first price members see on our site for a ticket is the exact same price that the ticket will be at the end too. The only other charge (aside from the tickets) is for shipping, which is variable depending on the shipping method chosen. Our ticket prices are all at Club price, but you don’t need to be a member to see those - anyone can buy tickets from our site, members just don’t pay service fees.

A complete failure by Ticket Club - fixed
5 months trying to get the tickets that I purchased and it doesn't work. Why you transfer to Ticketmaster I have no idea. I purchased them thru Ticket Club and I should get them from Ticket Club. Now your folks tell me it isn't their problem because the transfer didn't go thru and they want me to deal with Ticketmaster and the venue. Neither of them could help me because they said I got them thru Ticket Club and not them. Well, isn't that the truth!
Well, missed the show but Ticket Club refunded 90% of my money for the failure to transmit. Unexpected and appreciated.

rude people
We had 5 people in front of us. These people wanted to stand for the whole game, blocking our view. We asked them nicely if they could sit down and two of these drunk people proceed to yell and scream at us. They swore at us. It was not a pleasant situation.

Smokey Robinson got postponed. I want my money back. I don’t want to see when he’s singing again. It was a christmas outing w family who were here for the weekend and live out of state. Our policies, which are stated at the time of purchase, clarify that refunds are only available for canceled events. In this case, because the event was postponed rather than canceled, we are unable to issue a refund. The tickets you purchased were successfully transferred, and the seller fulfilled their obligation. Unfortunately, we cannot penalize the seller, as they acted in good faith.
If the venue cancels the event entirely and begins processing refunds, we will be more than happy to assist you in obtaining one. However, until that happens, we are required to adhere to our company’s policies.

Moved me to the opposing teams section
I bought tickets in the visitor Tennessee section for the Georgia/Tennessee game in section 101 which is the visitor section. They moved my tickets to section 106 which is a Georgis section. I spent 975.00 for these tickets and they wouldn't do anything kept arguing that 106 was the Tennessee section. I've been going to this game for 20 years. I know where the sections are praying there are two nice Dawgs in the Tennessee section that will trade me. I will NEVER buy tickets from ticketclub again.

Initially it seemed like a good deal but I lost out on one pair of tickets and the second pair (same price) was far worse. I'd have saved $20 if I'd gone through the Hollywood Bowl (even with fees). It's disappointing.

The tickets we purchased from the ticket club went to Ticketmaster and as of today, the day of the concert we have been able to transfer to the people that we bought them for as a gift at Christmas. Whenever you use more than one platform, you run the risk of an error. Ticketmaster has been unable to fix our problem and we are quite unhappy about it.
