Martina is amazing! I appreciate her attention to detail, and for being so intuitive.

I used a different matchmaking company before signing up with TDR and I can tell you they are not all the same. I had some concerns early on that were taken care of very quickly and professionally. If you are going to use a service I would highly recommend using TDR. I had Kelly as my matchmaker and she was absolutely amazing to deal with. She listened to exactly what I was looking for in a partner and set me up with some great women.

I'm only in their database as a free candidate and my experience with how they handle email interactions is laughable. They request info calls to see if you are a match for their client, I agree to the info call, then they never follow up. Not even a courtesy of saying matching had closed for the client they forwarded to me.

It's just feminist geared bs to to rush through whoever they can get to show up. I feel sorry for anyone who pays these people when they aren't even trying.l

I had such an amazing experience with Three Day Rule! From the start, my matchmaker was incredibly thoughtful, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping me meet great people. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and introduced me to some truly amazing guys I probably wouldn’t have met otherwise.

The entire process felt personal, intentional, and actually fun. Every match felt well-considered, and I appreciated the feedback and guidance along the way. It made dating feel so much more positive and exciting.

I met some wonderful people through the process and had such a great overall experience. I would absolutely recommend Three Day Rule to any friend who wants a little extra support in dating and is excited to meet amazing people. It’s truly a great way to date with purpose!

I couldn't agree more with the 1-star reviews. This was a horrible experience, I feel completely ripped off. Paid thousands of dollars for matchmaking services including several consultation session that were never delivered. Despite my asking the matchmaker to let all potential matches know a key fact about me, she kept sending me people who didn't know the key fact, and when I mentioned it, all communication went silent. Don't waste your money.

In response to TDR's response: The company is well aware of my concerns and has not taken any corrective action in over one year.

I can't recommend this dating coach highly enough: Anastacia is a gem! She is deeply caring , thoughtful and genuinely invested in my growth and happiness. Her guidance is always practical and grounded. Whether she gives me a book to read, suggests journaling or simply validates how I feel, she is consistent. I always feel understood and she helps me refine clarity and gain confidence. Anastacia has fabulous communication skills both in person and via email. She is responsive and both empowering and reassuring. I purchased additional sessions because she is an amazing support and I feel like she is integral to my success! I am very grateful.

I am writing this review in order to adequately praise Tori Closson, my matchmaker. While it is true that I haven’t yet been on a date through Three Day Rule, my matchmaker Tori is hot on pursuit. I can not praise my tenancious, loving, and kind matchmaker enough. I am not an easy client in that I am looking for a very particular kind of man at this point in my life. Tori has gone above and beyond with her time, truly getting to know and understand me in order to truly learn me and the kind of very unique, loving and beautiful soul I am looking for in a man. After my twenty year marriage the bar is held very high and Tori understands this and I feel truly seen and valued by her…..and it is so obvious that she isn’t trying to just fill a quota like so many matchmakers are. She expects a lot from the men she is interviewing for me and she makes no bones about being my best advocate, clearly delineating to the men what her expectations are of them when reaching out to me. I have been working with Tori for about 6 weeks and I have absolutely no doubt whatsoever that if anyone can find me the kind of really high quality men I am looking for it is her.
I adore her, and joining three day rule to have Tori on your side is reason alone to do it.

I worked with Three Day Rule twice, and I’m so grateful I did. The first round didn’t lead me to my person, but it did help me learn a lot about myself, what I truly wanted, and how I showed up in dating. That experience alone was worth it. I decided to go out on a limb and try again—and the second time, I met my now husband. The process felt thoughtful, intentional, and human, not transactional. I’m living proof that sometimes the first round is about growth, and the second is about finding the right match. I can’t recommend Three Day Rule enough for anyone serious about finding a real, lasting relationship.

Really think that it was a good learning experience to try a matchmaker. Luba was such a great matchmaker who made me feel really comfortable with the process and put a lot of effort trying to find me someone.

Kristen has been one of the matchmakers I've used with Three day. She's been nothing but the best. Very professional, responsive, and honest.

I did Three Day Rule back in 2017, and it was very useful! I was in my late 30s, had gotten through a divorce a few years earlier, and I just wasn't having success on the apps. I am busy between work, friends, and activities, and I felt like I just didn't have the energy to dedicate to the apps to find quality dates.

My first match was a good guy - definitely someone I would have gone on a second date with if I met him on the apps. We had a good connection, but I still wanted to meet another match. My second match ended up being wonderful, and we've now been married for almost 6 years!

Three Day Rule truly stands apart in the matchmaking world. What made the experience special was how deeply they focused on me—my values, my personality, and my long-term relationship goals—rather than pushing a high volume of dates. They listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and were incredibly intentional with every match. It felt personal, human, and genuinely well considered. Thanks to their care and attention to detail, they connected me with my wife. I can honestly say their approach works because they prioritize quality, understanding, and real connection over numbers.

Three Day Rule offered a genuinely personalized dating experience. My matchmaker took time to understand my preferences, checked in regularly, and used my feedback to refine each introduction. The matches provided were really spot on and felt intentional and higher quality than what I found on dating apps.

It’s not cheap, but the thoughtful communication, curated matches, and supportive coaching made it a worthwhile investment. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a more human and tailored approach to dating.

3 first dates which didn’t lead to anything

Krissy exceeded my expectations! Her advice changed the way I approached dating and without her guidance, I wouldn't be married to who she matched me with! Krissy truly cares, is an excellent communicator, and is incredible at what she does.

Run! They do not listen to your preferences, i.e. they send you whatever people they have available, claiming that you should be more "open" to bad matches, and they cannot be trusted to have your back and to present you properly to ones that are appropriate matches. In my experience, they do not provide a level of service equal to what you spend. They will even shamelessly sell a package to people who do not live in a market they service, and they don't even seem to have enough clients in major markets (LA and NY), as evidenced by the continued direct recruiting they do on LinkedIn. Also, be wary of the over-the-top contracts they put in front of you. They are one-sided and you will not be protected. Only they are.

98% of the guys they presented to me were still married, were nowhere near my physical or age preferences, and worst of all - we didn't have any similar interests. It's a total crap shoot, just like any dating app. Save your money and get back to swiping for free or a much lower fee, or get a real matchmaker who knows what they're doing. I genuinely thought this would be a big step up from the apps. It's not.

If you decide to do it anyway, my advice is to make sure you know how you're being pitched to possible matches, because they will use your worst photos unless you tell them what to use, and they will do a very fast writeup that doesn't make you sound interesting at all. They do not care about matching people for love. It's just a rolling business model with a bunch of single matchmakers who work there part time and don't seem to know about dating themselves. They probably secretly resent their clients and purposely set them up to fail. I do NOT recommend this service, AT ALL.

I initially signed up for a matchmaking service in 2022 in Philadelphia. The matches provided were decent, surpassing the quality of those I found on dating apps in terms of compatibility. My final match during a three-month contract in Philly was so promising that I decided to renew for another three months after relocating to Miami. Unfortunately, this is where my experience deteriorated.

After signing the new contract in Miami, I was not informed that the service was not fully operational in this market. Consequently, my matchmaker struggled to find matches, leaving me without a single match for over a year. The quality of the few matches provided was extremely poor. Despite clearly stating my preference for a financially stable partner, I was matched with a 36-year-old man living with his parents due to financial constraints—an unacceptable match. I provided detailed feedback, but my matchmaker dismissed my concerns and refused a re-match, luckily I had one match left.

Now, 2.5 years later, the matchmaker has failed to fulfill the three-month contract and provides no regular updates on their progress. Despite my clear communication about my physical and emotional preferences, the matches have consistently been unsuitable. For those in Miami, I strongly recommend exploring other matchmaking services, as this company's performance in this market is substandard and not suited for high-caliber women. Despite breaching the contract (a three-month agreement stretching to 2.5 years), they have refused to offer a refund.

While I believe in the potential of matchmaking, having had positive experiences with other companies, I advise avoiding this service in Miami.

I enrolled in Three Day Rule (TDR) in April 2025 with the expectation of receiving a highly personalized, curated matchmaking experience, as advertised. I paid nearly $5,000 based on their assurances that matches would be hand-selected, aligned with my stated preferences, and reflect a high level of vetting.

In nearly two months, I was presented with five prospects.

One date: The only date that occurred made it clear there was no interest in a second meeting.

Two prospects: Were entirely outside of my stated preferences (one significantly older than my range, another significantly overweight).

One prospect: Was unresponsive, slow to communicate, and ultimately stated she was "too busy to date."

One prospect: While attractive and intelligent, was incompatible in a core area I was clear about from the outset (sex-positive mindset). After multiple dates, she turned away from even a simple kiss and admitted, "I don’t know what’s wrong with me," making it clear intimacy was not on the table.

These outcomes do not reflect the personalized vetting or compatibility screening that TDR promised. Despite multiple emails to their team (including escalations to “Customer Experience”), the resolution offered was to continue “trying” with no accountability for past failures, and they refused to consider any refund, citing a “non-refundable contract.”

While they did provide three matches, they did not meet the standards set forth in their own marketing. This service failed to deliver what was represented, and I am requesting that TDR either issue a partial refund or be formally investigated for misleading business practices.

I have acted in good faith, been patient and responsive throughout the process, but the service was not as advertised and has been a waste of both time and money.

FRAUD. I payed a lot of money and was never set up on dates. Don't trust them.

I have not done business with Three Day Rule, and I would not ever. However, I have had interactions with one of their salespeople/matchmakers—and by "had interactions" I mean "was harassed by"—that were disturbing enough for me to leave a review.

Three Day Rule's employee, Kristen (Krissy) Stewart sent an unsolicited message on the LinkedIn professional networking platform to "join her dating pool" with the company. I responded that LinkedIn was an inappropriate avenue for this type of message given its nature in dating and relationships; these have no place on that platform. I also reported the message to LinkedIn as inappropriate and blocked the account. Normally, this would be the end of it...normally.

This employee of Three Day Rule then took it upon herself to look me up on the Instagram social media platform and send another unsolicited (and unwanted) message. It is mindboggling that a person would consciously choose to do this. These actions speak to the poor mindset of the people representing Three Day Rule. Given the additional research necessary to find my account on another platform, this is harassment and on the road to stalking.

I hope to make others aware so they can avoid this type of uncomfortable interaction. I also hope Three Day Rule will take action to show there are consequences of this type of inappropriate behavior and proactively reassess how they evaluate the people they choose to represent them.
