Ankit in Three Grafton Street is extremely patient and offered outstanding service throughout multiple processes whilst buying a new iPhone today. I’ve been into the store many times with Ankit and his mannerisms, service & patience is remarkable. Asset to this store and company. Thank you for making this process and our new iPhone today!
My experience in the 3 Store Liffey Valley was excellent.
Sean was knowledgeable, helpful and practical in explaining options and giving advice. He had a patient manner which helped, given that I am not the most tech- savvy person around!
Once I had chosen the phone that best met my needs he proceeded to invest quite a bit of time in helping me to set up my new phone for use. This would have been a difficult and frustrating task for me without a doubt.
I cannot commend him highly enough.
He is an asset to your team.
They sell products very fast to new customers, without even thinking is custumer even need that offer. To return product and cancel direct debit - you will go through nightmare and during that time - you will still be charged for services. Online chat Agents - are useless they says and promise one think, but in reality is completly opposite.
I strongly advise against joining Three Ireland!
They advertise "unlimited data", but in reality, after using just 20GB, the internet becomes so throttled that I can't even send a voice message on WhatsApp, watch TikTok, or load a YouTube video. It's basically unusable.
I’ve reported the issue three times, and no one helped me. The customer service is unresponsive and the experience is extremely frustrating.
Don't fall for the "unlimited" data claim it’s misleading and disappointing.
Got 4G broadband over phone. Was sent a faulty modem & SIM card. The agents washed their hands from the whole thing and asked me to go to the 3 shop who couldn’t help cos apparently they have nothing to do with online sales. I made the shop guys call customer service themselves and even they had a poor treatment.
Shocking customer service. Avoid this service. Either go to shop directly or a different network
Three are awful for business, terrible signal. Don't tell the truth. Misleading.
Ordered a new phone online. Was told I’d receive an email within a couple of hours so I could proceed with the order. Many online chats and a week later, I had heard nothing and cancelled the order, thinking it was me. Maybe I had made a mistake on the form? Decided to try again. More fool me. It’s been another four days and still nothing. I’ve tried to sort it with yet more online chats, phonecalls, emails, and still nothing. I keep being told the email to allow me to proceed with the order is imminent. It wouldn’t be so bad except I’m already with Three, with both my daughters’ phones!
Rory at Three Bray Co Wicklow sorted my sim problem in minutes and all with a friendly smile. Excellent store, highly recommended. Thanks Rory

All these greedy phone and internet service providers that have yearly increases in pricing? Macro economically and socially very irresponsible. As it guarantees to increase inflation, something we do not want.
SO when Three started on this inflation road I resolved to replace them as our provider for Internet and four mobiles
Enter Rural Broadband Ireland. No yearly increases. No first year gimmick pricing. Honest reasonable pricing.
AND, no phone scripts. They have Real people. That have Brains! AND that have the will to help you.
Very good speeds and top class support.
For the mobiles? GoMo. Fixed price for life
Went to order a phone, needed to upload a photo ID and proof of address and took 3 days and still wasn’t reviewed and approved. Terrible service, was onto two people to try sort it but they still couldn’t do it and wanted me to ring the order team. It’s almost like they don’t want to sell to a new customer, terrible experience and was finally able to cancel my order.
Took weeks to sort out simply wanted to allign phone bill with broadband bill, secondly I cannot upgrade my broad band while in contract, I found one superstar in CS got her name and then refused to talk with anyone only as her product and contract knowledge was superb all telcos in ireland have terrible reviews.
Its been few days now I cant connect to the internet through my wi-fi or my phone. I pay the wi-fi and also have a phone plan with access to the internet. Ive called Three customer service 3 times today and they just rang up after a while. Im going to have to cancel my plan on Monday because this is not fair. I dont recommend Three at all.
After successfully and confirmed termination of my internet contract, they continue to charge fees and demand payment. This is a fraudulent company. The internet speed was 1.5 Mbps.
cancelled my trial and sent back modem with the 30 day trial, three months later and after talking to half of New Dehli on customer support who repeatedly lied to me that they'd cancelled it, I've received a new invoice for 600 Euro.
These "customer support" agents will tell you anything to get you off the phone and not call back in a typically rehearsed, smarmy Southern mercenary dialect
Useless. Charged me €52 per month for the last 2 years. Data disappeared one day and couldn't text them as the only method of communication is text (1913). Found an email address and told them the problem they said contact us through 1913 (text). No explanation for no data not working. Have changed already to gomo at 13€ per month. Have literally nothing good to say about them. I hope alltheircustomers go to cheaper providers. Literally, everyone is cheaper
The attitude and friendly approach to assist me as customer was outstanding and I will make sure my friends will use the Killarney outlet as Caterine was most helpful and an example of how to look after a customer ! 100 % rating

I just want to give a big shout out to Tom in 3 bridgewater, Arklow. His knowledge helpfulness, customer service was 5 star. Staff like this should be acknowledged and rewarded. They are hard to find
Compliments to the young man in your Portlaoise branch yesterday,(Ibelieve he is a trainee) who provided an excellent service. Both myself and my wife were very impressed with him.
Ping jumping from 60 o 999 in games only plus of this is no limit on internet. I wish i could give you 0
Went into the Three shop in Navan, I got a new phone and changed from a pay as you go phone, to a bill and a family package, I am very happy with everything and was very happy with the service I received
Unfortunately I am bad with names, but girl that looked after me was lovely, all the staff lovely and helpful.
Thanks from a happy custumer
