The store in Woking was so helpful
The store in Woking was so helpful. Rehaan went through everything, he even managed to get my old phone that was damaged to open for enough time to get all my information transferred over to my new phone. All the different options were so clearly explained by both the Store Manager and Rehaan. They clearly have great knowledge of the products and what would suit me best, while also taking cost into account. They ensured that the phone was fully set up, including the screen protector before I left the store. A massive thank you to Rehaan as I was so stressed as I couldn't access anything on my old phone due to the damage. He was very reassuring while he sorted everything out.

Identity fraud help
I found out this week that someone has used my full name, date of birth and previous address to buy a Three SIM.
I visited the Woking branch. Rehaan was very helpful and it's now been recorded as fraud.
