Im fuming- incompetence as a new client
Im fuming! I order on the phone using my holiday home for the 5g hub. Postcode Tq4 7je. Your idiot staff use my billing address for the hub!! I mean an hour on the phone abd I come into collect and it’s not right one ! Nor can they give me the same deal . You should be ashamed of sales - selling everyone the wrong bloody thing. I have special needs and im now full of anxiety
UPDATE - case closed and they’ve not even contacted me !! Saying they have resolved my complaint ?? EVEN COMPLAINTS ARE INEPT ??
