No customer support at all
Was told over by sales over the phone that I could use my apple watch with a new three contract so I transferred over from O2. Phone SIM activated fine but I couldn't pair my watch. Kept getting server errors then it was telling me that my Three service isn't eligible for watch data. I spent HOURS talking to useless customer "service" on the phone and on the live chat being passed from person to person, each one just sent me the same useless link that told me to do the things I'd tried to do a dozen times already. Went to a store for help and bluntly told I had to do it online but she wouldn't help me do that.
After three days of near constant back and forth I have had enough and am leaving. There has been zero customer support from anybody I have dealt with.

We will definitely look out for her when we return to choose our next new phone!
