I went in to store as I had messed up signing up for a Sim only deal, requesting esim when my phone wasn't compatible. I spoke to Paula who was friendly and very helpful, reassured me and sorted the problem, then managed to actually get me a better deal. I can't fault the service I received and she is a credit to your company.
