Came in to lower bill and saved money thanks to Miz
I came in to lower my contract and was made aware of a second contract in my bill that i had been paying for over 2 years. Miz was genuinely the best help i could’ve asked for, got on the phone himself and sorted it all out for me right then and got me a refund. He was such a great help and had great customer service. He’s a great representative for the company. No longer have any doubts about switching providers. Thank you so much Miz.

Was served today by Saao—what a wonderful soul! He was incredibly polite and never pushy in any way. He sorted us out with the best deal, and the whole process was quick and smooth. Very knowledgeable too.
I’d highly recommend 3 for Business. I was previously with O2 and went there first, but unfortunately wasn’t treated very well and they couldn’t offer a good deal.
