Drew at the Three Shop Castlepoint
Drew was amazing he has been trying very hard to help me over my fraud case. Sadly the Three organisation has let us both down. I have been promised a resolution by Three over and over but thus far it's failed every time. I now have to wait another 10 days for a bill adjustment which has been promised before and not materialised.
Again Drew has tried his best but with appalling back up from The Three Team, this the nightmare continues into its 7th week.
Obviously various departments within the Three organisation do not communicate with each other.

Drew has excellent customer service
Drew has excellent customer service, I am a returning customer to three and am very pleased with the service received.
Drew needs Saturdays and Sundays off and would like to work Mon- Fri. I feel you should honor this as he is very good at his job.

The Three Shop at,Castle Point BournemouthTom and Gary were extremely polite…
Both Tom and Gary were extremely polite and helpful when I had a problem with my Samsung.
They also informed me of advantages to an upgrade .
Gary loaded an antivirus software which is only an extra pound per month.
