I have purchased shirts from this company for almost a decade now. I love the quality of the shirts, the designs, the support of artists, and their customer service. Their support of artists is an absolute necessity to the progress of personal expression. We all have talents, and allowing the every day artists to shine sheds light upon our whole society. I will continue to wear my art pieces with pride.

Ordered a couple of shirts for Christmas but they arrived a bit late due to holiday saturation. When they arrived however they were bigger than I had expected but luckily could get replacements thanks to support!

Several months ago I ordered a tank in a beautiful vintage purple color. Unfortunately the graphic was outlined in black so the image was hard to see. Since I loved both the graphic and the tank I chose to order a second one in a different color. Once I received the second tank I sent customer service a picture of both tanks so they would understand they had a problem. I did not expect anything as it was just a bit of information I wanted to pass on to them.

To my surprise I received a reply offering to replace the tank or credit for a future order. I did not expect this because I had not planned on sending the purple tank back. What an incredible happy experience!

Great customer service from Grace! I received a t-shirt as a gift, and needed a different size. They were happy to send me the correct size, and didn’t ask me to return the other one. Very happy with my experience.

Threadless t-shirts have the best quality and designs. Their shirts tend to spark interesting conversation or stir delight. I also ordered their other products (notebook, pouch, mug) which also have the same level of quality. The high quality of their products doesn't surprise me because of how they run their business. Threadless customer service keeps exceeding my expectations! When I make a mistake or need an exchange, they promptly respond and seem to anticipate my needs. Thank you for being a great company, Threadless!

Awful! I ordered and paid for items that never arrived. I emailed Threadless 3 times about my order with no response. I never received my order and did not receive a refund. They do not have a phone number so It's not possible to talk with a representative. Shop somewhere else.

Been wearing threadless shirts for over ten years and love their designs and quality.

Recently, I didn’t notice sizing differences between types of shirts and ordered the wrong size. Customer service was very understanding and quick to help me resolve my issue. Super impressed.

I ordered three shirts while on sale for $10 for a coworker that will be joining my family on Christmas. Unfortunately there was an issue with the shipping and I never received the package. While this was not Threadless’s fault, they responded to my email and created a new order for me in less than 48 hours and did not charge extra even though the sale ended. While the order has not yet shipped and I am uncertain if I will receive it on time, they have expedited the shipping in hopes for an arrival prior to Christmas. My customer service experience with them was amazing. I have ordered several times before without any issues and will continue to order from them despite this issue as I know it was not their fault and they did everything to make it right, including giving me a credit (which I won’t use because it’s not their fault).

Love the uniqueness of their designs and quality of their shirt and will remain a happy customer!

Overall, the shirts are great. One of the shirts I ordered didn't come out exactly like I imagined, but they easily and quickly replaced it with another color/fit. Great customer service.

I went to replace some t-shirts, however the sizing options had changed. I ordered the wrong size based on what I'd ordered previously (5 years ago). I ended up with some very large t-shirts! When I contacted Threadless, they responded quickly and helped me find the correct size. Now they are sending them out! Great customer service!

Great shirts that fit great and i love the variation of designs! And their support/help team is so responsive and helpful. Will order from them over and over again!

I didn't pay attention that the color shirt I got was already preshrunk and was not 100% cotton, so the xl was way too big (normally I order xl in the other colors and after washing shrinks just enough). Any ways I emailed stating my issue and they are always so friendly and helpful and ready to make the situation right. I went ahead and reordered new shirt in smaller size so they went ahead and refunded my money. The service is always excellent. I've messed up a time or two with not editing my address because of new address and they helped me with that last year. anywho thank you for your service!!!

Excellent customer service. Easy to get in touch with a real human who does everything they can to make your experience right. Unique products and supporting artists, and the great customer service puts it over the top.

There was an error where the system forgot about the free shipping, but a customer service employee listed as Desiree helped me out VERY quickly and fixed the issue. She was very polite and professional. I have also purchased shirts and hoodies from them before and they have lasted me quite a while.

Threadless is consistent and I appreciate that. When I thought there were issues with my order, the customer service response was swift, kind and generous. I couldn't ask for better.
